She said they didn't serve food until later in the day, even though the online menu said otherwise. My martini was great. Service was subpar. She set my martini on the edge of the bar and I had to go up and get it- no big deal, I just thought it was odd since they weren't busy. The bartender never came back over to me; I went up to the bar to close out and pay my bill like 15 minutes after I finished my drink. There are certainly some kinks to work out, especially with service, but this place has potential to be very nice!

I've been coming here for two years now, and it is a Morgantown staple for me. They sell snacks like goldfish and trail mix, and the Papa John's Pizza down the road will deliver to Mutts. There's always plenty of parking in the back. Mutts is far enough away from High Street and the college kids, but close enough that you could still walk there if you wanted. The Wazikokie is the signature drink here, which I always recommend, but they will come up with any other cocktail you can dream of. The beer selection is local and has a wide spectrum of ciders to IPAs. I will miss this place when I move away.
