Do not bring your car here , i called today for a quote for a windshield , they quoted me over double the price for the windshield alone. Ford windshield cost is 312.00 plus tax , they quoted me over 600 for the part alone. When confronted about why they are charging double for the same oem part from ford the lady i spoke with tried to lie and say thats the ford price. I proved her wrong and she admitted they are hiking up the price on their end. She didnt know im an informed customer who does research. William and his son are great. The windshield on my 2017 Altima cracked and the manufacturer warranty did not cover glass, so they said. I spoke with William he gave me two quotes; I went with the off market windshield which was to me better than the manufacturers windshield. It had a shaded area all the way across the top of the window instead of being one spot like the manufactures. Check this out a couple weeks back a couple of buddies and I went to Vegas to unwind and catch up with some friends who recently relocated there. On the way there I foolishly got behind a side tipper truck. My reasoning it's super windy on the 15, so post it behind a truck to be safe. As we were entering Vegas this small pebble smashed my window and created a couple of cracks on my windshield. I tried contacting several places prior to contacting DeLeon but most places were scheduling me for later in the week or the following week. I needed that bad boy installed the latest the next day as I had to go to the inland empire on the weekend. DeLeon offered that deadline and at a great price. As of this post I already recommend this place to several of my friends and family members and they have told me they now have this place in mind if any damage was to occur to their windshield. I was calling different auto glass locations to get an estimate, as I got a chip on a Saturday afternoon and knew most places would be closed Sunday. I called this place and the person who answered was super rude, super unhelpful, and hung up on me. That is enough interaction with one business to keep me from not only never calling again, but also from never going in. A business like this must expect phone calls and, when they are rude to a person over the phone, that person can only assume that in-person service would not be much better. P.S. I called to get my driver's side window repaired because my window wasn't rolling up or down. I called several places for quotes. Everyone was telling me a ridiculously high amount with a very long wait time to actually get the part. I called and spoke with the receptionist who gave me a quote and said they can fix it the next day! My '95 converted project van was broken into and vandalized with rear door window broken. Since my regular place is now a one star and Deleon had solid 5 stars I called them. Lady said they could not get the glass which is reasonable. I went ahead and ordered it from a junk dealer. When I got the glass I called them for an estimate and was quoted a price and told I would have to make an appointment. I had to call back and did make the appointment a couple of days later. When I got there the front desk lady checked with the guy in the back and said I could drive it around and he would take care of it. I asked where he would like me to park it and he said in the parking area as he would have to drive it in when he was ready. I asked how long and he said 1 HOUR. I told him that was not acceptable as I had another appointment to go to after this one. He said no problem! JUST CHANGE MY OTHER APPOINTMENT TO A LATER TIME! My truck was broken into in an unsuccessful attempt to steal it. They broke the passenger supercab vent window. AAA recommended another company; the appointment was a week out. The day before the appointment that company called to cancel the appointment saying they couldn't get the glass. (insert curse words here). I called De Leon, it was 5:30 they closed at 5, damn. Two minuets later they called me back. (add two stars. customer service above and beyond. yes it matters). Not only could they get the glass, they had an opening the next day (two more stars). The appointment was at 11. At 11 sharp they took the truck, and said about an hour to replace the window. One hour latter it was done. (add four stars, they keep their word, and did an excellent job). Oh, and they did it at less than half the price I was quoted from that other company. (three more stars). This company was the first number I called for a quote to fix the windshield on my BMW. William was very thorough asking me what options my car had so that the new windshield would be compatible with the wiper sensors and interior condensation sensor. He also asked what color tint strip I wanted along the top, gray or green. I went with green since that was stock on the car. (No matter who you decide to go with, make sure you get the tint strip!!) He gave me two prices, one for glass made in China and one for American made ($50 more). I made many more phone calls for quotes and inquiries on Chinese vs. American glass. In the end I found out that ALL windshields are made in China so save your $$. You're only paying for a name. I ended up using De Leon because of his thoroughness and all the other quotes I received were competitive with his price. They arrived at my house on the scheduled appointment time, did all the work in the driveway, and was finished within 90 minutes. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. I needed my 2019 Nissan Rogue SV windshield replaced and was quoted for the windshield, labor and was specifically asked if we had any sensors/a lane warning system to which I said yes. After the windshield was put on we got home and realized it wasn't applied correctly and the outer rubber gasket was peeling off because it wasn't glued down all the way. My husband had to drive back to get it reapplied. Next day we are driving the car and our lane warning system was not working. They told my husband they don't have the machine for it yet. Their resolution was to reapply a new windshield (different brand) and it solved our problem. I'm not sure what happened the first time but go at your own risk if you have sensors until they get the machine needed for sensor calibration. They said they will fix the sensors free of charge in the future if it acts up which we appreciate. We just wish it was done right the first time, we have a very busy schedule (my husband is military) and I'm in my 8th month of pregnancy so going in 3 times was a lot to work around. read more

They don't install factory glass, so you'll have to use your own tint. They don't mention this anywhere. And they don't do Mobile anymore bc COVID. But they're available to repair quickly, and are the cheapest I could find in the area on short notice. read more
