The entire front area was still dusty, as if it hadn't been wiped at all. The vacuuming was also not up to standard -- there were still a lot of small stones and debris (the little grit from the floor) left behind, which made it feel like the vacuum either wasn't working properly or wasn't used thoroughly. For almost $40 with tip, you expect a much better and more detailed clean. It's always sad when a business you like doesn't maintain the same standard of service. We stopped and got in line and went and purchased the standard car wash option for the automated car wash machine. Although we waited for quite a while to get the car washed, the machine did an average job of getting the car clean and getting us ready for our next adventure.

Please see all the pictures attached, judge for yourself and be very careful washing your car there, especially if it's black. First of all, when I arrived in my husband's Tesla Plaid, they tried selling me Waxing services, said it would be $90. I said I just want a wash, they told me $45 instead of $30 but I didn't bother asking any questions. Then when I came to pick up the car , it was VERY poorly washed, the trunk was not even vacuumed, to which they said "oh shit", there were soap stains all over the car and dried water droplets. Then after taking a closer look at the car, I found so many scratches, VERY obviously from the clothes they were using, because they were in circular motion. I'm a very young looking, petite girl, in whose face they just laughed and said with very obvious sarcasm that I was not being logical. I tried arguing and said the car was not like this when I dropped it off because I drive the car every day and would definitely notice such scratches. After I said that, I guess the manager or one of the main guys there, said something under his breath, threw some dirty cloth on the roof of my car, turned around and went up to his co workers and laughed about it. I just stood there and watched, feeling like I was some idiot who knows nothing about cars or how they are supposed to look after a car wash. Owner told me to come back in and hour and half. I returned to pick up my car and he told me it was $130 when I went to pay, then it was $140 with the tax. After paying the owner had the audacity to tell me to "wash my hands after I put on makeup" because there were so many smudges in the car. Absolutely disrespectful for a customer who is paying THEM for a SERVICE. When I came home and upon further inspection of my car the job was terrible. The outside wasn't barely washed, the inside was not vacuumed underneath the carpets or the seatbelt buckle. The dash was not washed and still had smudges and grim on it. And the worst part if this wasn't all terrible enough, they cut up my car !!! (See photos attached) I took the car with no slits and cuts in the back seat fabric and it was returned to me with a huge gash in the fabric on the center console. Unacceptable. Unbelievable. Do not go here. If you respect yourself and your car and your money do not give them your business. From customer service to payment inconsistency to quality of car wash this place it not worth you time or business. You are better off washing your car yourself, because you might just have to after you leave this place. They need the former management back asap.

They offer self-service washes and vacuums for about $2-$5 each (depending on how long you use them), as well as a more premium wash option that does an amazing job and includes a towel-dry team and free vacuums. The staff is always personable, attentive, and helpful--they consistently make sure everything runs smoothly. There's never a time I drive by that someone doesn't immediately come over to assist me at the payment machine. When using the free vacuums, they even provide clean microfiber towels. Also, if scratches are a concern, there is no need to worry. I can personally attest to this, along with other frequent visitors I've spoken with who come weekly and have experienced no scratching.
