Being new to the midwest, I was not very familiar with heat pump systems. There was water leaking from the unit and I filed a claim with my home warranty service who matched me with New Systems AC and Heating to complete my claim. Being new to a city, in my experience at least, home repair service companies tend to be hit or miss especially when you are under a warranty who only have select companies who they choose to contract with. I can't express enough how please I am that we were paired with New Systems AC + Heating. Our tech, Joe really went the extra mile to explain to me how my system worked and answered every single one of my questions that I bombarded him with. He was thorough, worked hard and gave helpful advice/tips on ways to best run the system to maintain its high performance and extend its longevity.
