They were very responsive with every question that I had, even after booking them and paying my deposit. Also, even before I made my deposit, they were willing to meet with me multiple times to explore different options and costs for every floral need at my wedding. They were also reasonable with pricing, compared to other event florists in the area who are way too over-priced. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about them at all. A+ experience with DYF. We were looking for a florist with reasonable prices for fresh flowers are my September wedding at the Westin in Downtown San Jose. My experience with DYF started with a consultation with Jin after a quick email describing what I wanted and getting some initial price quotes. At the consultation, we decided on color palette ratio (I did 30% red, 30% pink, 40% white with greenery and gold accents), and other details such as my wanting to include helium balloons for my cocktail tables. DYF also does decorations and they helped supply the backdrop, table covers, and up lighting. Really, they're a one stop shop for decorations. They can even hook you up with different chairs for your venue! At my second consultant a month before the wedding, we went over final logistics, and reran all the details. I loved that they're very experienced and that they have worked with my venue before. As a bride coordinating all of my own wedding details, I was so relieved hearing Jin's reassurance of "don't worry about it, let us worry about it, we'll figure it out!" in regards to logistics and other little details. DYF provides the most clear and concise invoice with all of the sample photos and notes in addition to the price. It is this kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that impressed me. Not to mention, Jin and his team is a pleasure to work with. Jin in particular had a great attitude every time I met up with him. He even remembered our previous conversations. The day of the wedding, everything was just THERE like magic. I was busy like all brides are and I didn't have to give any directions to the DYF team.
