I ordered a sunflower bouquet on Monday to be available for pickup at 10-11AM on Tuesday. I drove an hour (this shop happened to be on my route for my hour and a half drive in the morning) and arrived at 10:53. I stood in the shop for 20 minutes and no one ever came out. They had a sign saying that they were in the back and if they didn't come out to call the number. I called four times during my time standing there and no one answered. Beautiful bouquet arrangement that was just like the photo. Absolutely loved the shape of the arrangement. I appreciated that it was not just a typical bunch thrown in a vase, but rather all of the the flowers and plants were arranged in a creative and artistic way. I have never been this disappointed with a business -- ever. My experience with Bee's Flowers in San Jose 14398 Union Ave San Jose, CA 95124 was an absolute disappointment, and I want to make sure no one else wastes their money the way I did. I ordered two holiday arrangements totalling $158.48 one being a DELUXE arrangement (We Need a Little Christmas) and the other a Standard. (Jingle Bells) What my colleagues received fell short of the deluxe - We Need a Little Christmas. The arrangement looked rather small and incomplete -- missing flowers and what they put in the arrangement did not make it a DELUXE arrangement. The second arrangement was missing items shown in their own product photo. I contacted the shop, explained everything, and they told me a replacement arrangement would be delivered - which would be the DELUXE - We Need a Little Christmas. I had said I did not need a refund, but a replacement of the WE NEED A LITTLE CHRISTMAS would be great and it was agreed it would be delivered on 9 December 2025. That replacement NEVER showed up. I followed up again, and the response I received was: nothing. Silence. No update. No explanation. No effort. In my opinion, the lack of professionalism, the lack of follow-through, and the complete disappearance after promising a replacement says everything, I need to know about how they handle customers. After spending good money and giving them the chance to fix the situation, I was left with subpar arrangements, no replacement, and absolutely no customer service. I sent some flowers to thank a friend for their thoughtfulness. While I did get a notice that they had been "hand delivered", it did not tell me that the recipient was not home, so they were left on the doorstep. When the recipient didn't contact me, I tried to call the florist, but their business hours are short, so I guess they didn't answer--their voicemail is full. I emailed, and they responded the next day. Once I requested it, I did receive a picture of the delivery location and the arrangement, which had a little different esthetic, but looked good to me. This flower shop uses a service, whose published service guidelines are to let the sender know if the recipient is not home, so the delivery note should have said this. All in all, it got resolved and the owner was helpful, so all's well that ends well. read more

I wanted to send flowers to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. As a first time customer I dropped by Bee's Flower at Cambrian Park Plaza and purchased an arrangement of a dozen red roses with lilies to be delivered the next day. I distinctly recall my concern for freshness and we agreed to send fresh cut buds not yet matured. The arrangement arrived with no issues. But the roses NEVER OPENED, only drooped, withered and died within 2 or 3 days. The lilies were fine. My girlfriend has a birthday this weekend so I had the false belief that the owner would compensate me for the loss in some manner. If it were not for the desire to purchase Birthday flowers from someone I would have blown this off as my loss. However, the owner felt liability for no more than 48 hours. Even if 72 hours why would they not own up to a responsibility to deliver fresh flowers that actually opened as they should? I enjoy working with businesses that back up their quality product with quality service both before and after the sale. I stay far away from businesses that do not share the same sense of ethics. Regards Bee's Flower at Cambrian Park, please don't make the mistake I made. Who would knowingly send flowers to their lover realizing this outfit is most unreliable and could not care less.
