I've rarely needed employee assistance here outside of check out but all the employees I have come across have been friendly. They have a new check out area that wraps around with little items to shop/buy (like a Marshalls type vibe). This is the first time I've seen this at a Dollar Tree and I loved it. It was Christmas season and their display easily showed me a few items I could get for stocking stuffers. They also have self checkout and a person to check you out. I liked that as well. I prefer self checkout and was able to use the machine easily. I highly recommend this store.
