These people are either completely incompetent or blatantly scamming their customers out of hundreds to thousands of dollars. Do not under any circumstances go here. Ever. The only star is for Mike, he adjusted the price after the team working on my tire and trying to charge me, without ever confirming it with me, let alone discussing price. Never Again!!!! this is lengthy,but it needs to be told…read more On thursday 10/16/28,I went to Dunham Tires @ 6137 Dunham Rd to get my front passenger tire checked out.I was told there was a leak around the rim,and they can seal it and it'll be $25 + $2.00 for debit card.I paid and was On my way! Later that evening tire pressure light came back on so I put air in the tire,light went off,but I noticed that the valve cap that I had on the tire was not the same cap.My caps were BMW caps(see illustration)I took my car back on Friday morning,told a whole different crew about the tire and the cap.They then removed the tire and did the l OK soap & water test,in which they didn't do on thursday.I was told by the owner there was a small hole in the tire and it'll cost me $25!! I said "had they did it right yesterday they would've known this,so why do I have to pay again"? This man got irate and said"do you want it done or not"? I said "yeah,I want it done, but why should I have to pay again,and how are they going to compensate for the valve cap"? he said"ok! I'll charge you $15" I said "I'm not paying again "! this disrespectful fool became aggressive called me a slave,a bitch and then put his finger in my face and balled his fist like he was going to hit me! I told him I was calling the police and he said"get the fuck outta here" and I said," I'm not going no damn where until the police get here,mutha fucka'! oh yeah I'm at the height of my pisstivity at this level and I had my 89 yr old dear Mother with me and she became so scared I thought she was going to have a heart attack or stroke out!! The police finally came about 20 minutes later,and I told the officer my side and how he threatened me and he asked" do I want to file a report "of course! Another officer spoke with him and he said he didn't put his finger in my face or ball his fist in a threatening manner.The officer said he will look at the camera,but after coming from inside I was told the camera or the TV wasn't working at that time.Go figure,right? He told the officer he would plug the tire " as a favor,but he doesn't want me to come back " as though I would ever go back anyway.I told the officer I didn't trust him and he said he will stay until he had finished.He did a half ass & subpar plug job with red stuff sticking out of the plug.When he finished I even thanked this rude and disrespectful person.He said "ok" and proceeded to tell the officer some BS about "this wasn't personal"but I was getting in my car because I was so upset and pissed and thought I may have to go to ER for my blood pressure,in which I just started taking medication for in September.I'm going today to file the report,because I'm sure this is not the first time he has disrespected a black woman like this,and I still don't have my BMW valve cap. -- feeling angry.

We requested that they test the battery to see if we needed a new one. Our appointment was at 4pm. They didn't even take our car until 5pm. They closed at 6:00. They fixed the tire...but it doesn't have a valve cap...it had one before. I'm not sure that they even did a oil change because there is no sticker in the window and the system wasn't reset. They don't do the battery because they thought we didn't want it. The car had to be jumped to get it into the shop. No communication about the status or what was actually done. We had to tell them to please put new battery in. The shop had closed but it needed to be done. They said we needed to come back. They finally did it. We won't be coming back to this location

These gentleman were so amazing, helpful, and friendly. I explained I am an out of town Emergency Nurse who does home visits and desperately needed a reliable vehicle in a hurry. Redd's was first class in my book, as they immediately did a complete once over and checked the SUV out bumper to bumper, under the hood, and even the undercarriage for hidden damage/collision work. Twice now, after a "free" dealer service, I've had to have items addressed. One time the hub cap fell off, as the dealership didn't put it back on properly. Next a tire sensor went off, as evidently the dealership didn't check the tire pressure after rotating the tires. Both times, Mr. Tire came to my rescue, with the fastest/most courteous service imaginable. (I would have hounded the dealership to fix these things, but why drive 1/2 hour to be aggravated, when Mr. Tire is near by?!)
