From making the appointment over the phone to discussing the issue after his investigation, the gentleman I talked to (the son of the original founder and now owns the place) was incredibly respectful and professional. He explained that it was likely a computer issue and recommended to me the nearest Ford dealership to take it to. He even gave me a ride to work the morning I dropped off my car to him! Serious service!! I also got my oil changed which took 20 min per the gentleman I spoke with (Mike? Sorry I'm bad with names!) and with the 3.5% added fee for using card and not cash it came out to $35 bucks or so which is also not bad. Go here for trustworthy service!

It is easy to get appointment generally between couple days to a week. Once you are a loyal customer; if you have any emergency they are willing to work with your schedule. They are close on Mondays!
