Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably! I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. My headlight had burned out weeks ago and I finally made it to the store for a replacement. I tried…read moretaking the old one out in the parking lot without any luck. Inside the man at the counter, Frank, offered his assistance almost right away. He helped me look up the correct type of bulb based on my VIN. Then he took me to the correct aisle and even searched for it himself. There were a lot of bulbs lying on the floor and a box of still packed ones on a cart he looked through. We were able to find the correct one and he got me checked out quickly. The manager asked me what kind of car I'd be putting it in. After I told him and said I had trouble removing it, he came out to the parking lot and helped me switch out the old one at NO CHARGE. He was extremely friendly and super helpful. The staff is wonderful all around there. The only reason I mark them down at all was the messiness of the store and the super dirty floor. Otherwise it was a great experience and I felt my needs were taken care of.
