One of the many of this particular locations is located in RIU Playacar hotel right across the ATM machine or you ca say right by the lobby. They have an apple computer. They will get your pictures printed right on the spot. They have many different options. I even heard that they can make the whole album. For your information, they charge ₽190.00 pesos per photo or $10.00

No pictures from reception. Our wedding video came back with someone else's music. There was no color correction in video or pictures. We contacted the resort, with no response. We also contacted Adventure Photos and they said theres nothing they can do because we already received the service. We paid full price for 10%service. Customer service was rude, staff at Adventure Photos were rude. Would not recommend!!

We were so excited to see the Photos/Videos to come. I had added a Photo Booth for the reception but it was unfortunately forgotten by the team. Of course that's a bummer but, what're ya gonna do. I waited to ask for an ETA (July 22), estimate was ~2m, and about a refund on the photo booth. Was told they were being worked on and Photo booth refund was incoming. We got our first teaser video 9/2, almost 4 months later. He posted some of our photos to Facebook 9/3 and we got our edited gallery 9/4. When we did finally get the rest (full video/unedited photos) our Ceremony was not in it. After another email it was added. We eventually got our full order November 24th, nearly 6 months later. The photos are beautiful (the video is alright) and worth the wait but some updates would have gone a long way. Being a bride not sure you're ever going to get your full order is a terrible feeling. The pricing is super fair. just be fully prepared to wait. We are nearing a year and I still have not received a refund for the forgotten photo booth. Ivan has stopped answering my emails.

I got what I wanted and MORE when I took a photography tour with Tati. She adjusted my settings on my camera so that it seemed every shot I took was just gorgeous! She lead me around to local murals, traditional dance classes, and markets and gave me insights of how a real local lives. Besides giving me tips on how to improve my photography, she really gave an interesting tour "off the beaten path." The bonus, of course, was the delicious Paletas (Mexican Popsicles) we had as both a snack AND a Photoshoot! A sure fire way to my heart.

Walk around the neighborhood and try local food as recommended by Tati. She also helps you take the best pictures of the food and anything else you point your camera at. We started in the local market which you could spend the day in by itself! Tati knows the people so service was great. We had tacos here. Awesome. The pork was so tender and tortillas so soft. From here we walked around and looked at the different stalls. So interested. We love going 'local'. We then wales across the street to a tortilla shop. The lady was so nice and let us take photos is her tortilla machine. Fresh tortillas are so good! Just a bit of salt. Then we moved on to Michoacana. This is a chain but had some interesting smoothie type of drinks. Try the green one! You will like it! Next we moved on to try some cheese. Oaxa? I think. String cheese that was similar to mozzarella but a little bitter edge. The shop was interesting in that it had stuffed animals and other stuff that you don't expect would be available. The main event for us was the ceviche tostadas. So fresh and piled high with shrimp. So good. Finally we ended up at a chocolate shop. Lots of delicious choices. A nice wrap to the tour. I actually first started working with someone from Destify, but the communication just wasn't there for me. I found this site from a simple Google search and as soon as I reached out, I heard back from someone and from there I was set. I first worked with Miriam, who helped me set up my site tours and help me figure out where I even wanted to go. She really help me focus in and figure out what I wanted to do. After I figured it out the resort I wanted to use she helped me with the communication with the resort, getting the contract signed, and even getting a room block set up, which I initially wasn't sure about, but I must say it was one of the best decisions we made during this planning process . So she was always there for some great advice. She then connected me to Leticia, who took the rest from there and help me with getting my website set up for my guests to book their rooms and get all the information about the wedding from. They put up the site so quickly and made it so easy and seamless for my guest to book or ask questions. Because everything was through email I always had tons of questions and they were always so quick to answer me and treat me like I was their only client because of how great their service was. Everyone at Hola Weddings , even if one of my planners was not in the office was always great about getting back to me and treating me with such kindness . When planning a wedding there's a lot of things that you may stress it out, but they make everything on their end so easy!! They sent out the travel information to us once everything was booked and getting close to the wedding and the service they used for our pick up and drop off was excellent at communication and getting us to and from the resort I couldn't have asked for better. I would definitely recommend using them to contact your hotel versus you trying to initiate the process with the hotels yourself. We initially reached out to another company who passed us off to a third party. Hola Weddings, however, provided true concierge service. Their response time was impeccable, every detail felt personalized to us, and they were incredibly transparent about contracts and concessions, always working within our budget. Also, they work with you at no-cost and it's no GOTCHAs or weird sales pitch. It's a pretty easy going conversation. I started with all my concerns in our first conversation and they answered directly, no minced words. Very clear! At no point did we feel unsafe or uncertain. Hola Weddings made the entire process feel secure, and we knew they were always advocating for us. The guest dashboard they provided was a fantastic tool for monitoring bookings. They were always willing to hop on a Zoom call whenever we requested it, and their reminders to guests for payments were super helpful because it was a task we didn't have to do. Even our guests preferred contacting Hola Weddings directly because their responses were so prompt and helpful! We were also lucky enough to meet Leticia!! They also provided incentives and were clear on any incentives the hotel will provide. That process can be complicated but they made it simple! Well organized return transportation no one waited long for their airport ride, where we saw other resort guests waiting before our guest and were still waiting. Our rides pulled up on time.
