As I'm trying to catch my breath I asked a woman behind the counter if she did have something to help me breathe. She didn't have an answer for me and said nothing I repeated my question and she said you have to be a member of our pharmacy to receive anything. She said I can call 911. I'm struggling to breathe and need help so I sat down trying to calm myself down 3 minutes later the manager I believe came out and said would you like me to call 911 and I said yes 5 minutes had passed they had closed the pharmacy and the woman told me that she was going to call 911 as soon as she got up to the customer service desk I then said why didn't you call 10 minutes ago when I told you what was happening and she had no reply. I think the pharmacy members n not only need a customer service class but they also need a human kindness class.
