The hostess was extremely nice and welcoming. There was a cover charge, but she asked if we were locals and we told her yes, and they didn't charge us. I see why this place is always busy! The food was excellent. The chimichangas are the best in the area in my opinion. Complimentary chips and salsa is always a plus and they refilled them as well (always appreciated). The drinks were strong and made well (also greatly appreciated). We had a few different servers so we didn't get to really talk to anyone too much but they were all very stoic. My boyfriend and I always like to chat it up with the servers to get a real feel of the place. The restaurant business is tough and we respect that. Fortunately, Casa mariachi definitely earned our respect that night. Can't wait to return.
