The late-model Toyota sedan required repair to the driver's seat, which was also extremely firm and uncomfortable. After another business refused the possibility that it could be remedied, I brought it to A-1 Auto Trim. Initially, I just asked for repair of the seat cover, but when I brought up how uncomfortable the seat was, Josh recommended a simple modification to the seat cushioning while the cover was being repaired. The work was completed in only one day, and the results speak for themself, and indicate a business run with integrity and knowledge. The seat bolster was expertly replaced, and the seat is now exceedingly comfortable!!! As well, I found the price of the service to be reasonable. I can't comment on the repair costs associated with an antique or an exotic car, but for my car, this was actually the most competitive offer. Option 2 was a good bit less expensive so I opted for Chuck to order the leather and make the seat covers. He was able to fit me in his schedule rather quickly and completed the job in a matter of days. The seats are amazing! Glove soft leather perfectly matching the interior. A few weeks later after I came back I noticed cuts on the leather near the door handle and multiple scratches near the glove compartment. Guzman was the last place I dropped off my car for repair. I simply wasn't expecting those hidden areas to be damaged from a simple seat cover replacement. Otherwise I would've inspected it closely on the spot before I paid for the service. After debating whether or not I should asked them to repair it, since they were the ones who caused it, I decided against it. Would there be more cuts, scratches, or even missing parts? Would I be making the same mistake in chosing Guzman again? What I should do now is to find a more reputable auto shop for repair. Also I found out at the same time one of my tire valve stem caps was lost. I am not pointing fingers, as anybody could've stolen it at any time, but all of the trust is lost. My goal is not to ruin a business' reputation but to warn others of what could possibly happen. In my case, it was a luxury vehicle. What a heartbreak.
