After 3 additional years of use the upholstery finely pulled apart and the foam in the edge of the seat had started breaking down to the point that the seat was uncomfortable. I took it to Matt and the not only rebuilt all the foam in the seat, but he replaced the panels that had torn and had separated but also cleaned all the seats, front and back. Truck was again like new and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision Auto Trim and Upholstery.

The late-model Toyota sedan required repair to the driver's seat, which was also extremely firm and uncomfortable. After another business refused the possibility that it could be remedied, I brought it to A-1 Auto Trim. Initially, I just asked for repair of the seat cover, but when I brought up how uncomfortable the seat was, Josh recommended a simple modification to the seat cushioning while the cover was being repaired. The work was completed in only one day, and the results speak for themself, and indicate a business run with integrity and knowledge. The seat bolster was expertly replaced, and the seat is now exceedingly comfortable!!! As well, I found the price of the service to be reasonable. I can't comment on the repair costs associated with an antique or an exotic car, but for my car, this was actually the most competitive offer. I would definitely return, and I would recommend it to others. Thanks A-1 Auto Trim!!!

I had been told by the dealership that the entire convertible mechanism would have to be replaced simply because the actual parts I needed were no longer available. The dealer did suggest this organization as an alternative and when we went there, Carlos was able to easily identify what clips needed to be repaired, allowing us to go out and purchase them ourselves as they are aftermarket. The actual dealership guaranteed the clips were correct, added them and confirmed we no longer needed new top. Just re-glued the existing one. So back to Carlos who quickly fixed the convertible top, taught me the proper etiquette of convertible usage, and even fixed the rear hatch problem that we were having for months while waiting for parts. He said it would be fixed as soon as the top was repaired and well he was right and the dealer.... Not. I probably would've paid anything as I love this car, but the gluing and everything he did was so reasonable and I don't know what else he does, but I highly recommend him and in particular Carlos, who kindly and gently explained everything I needed to understand as the car owner!! So great service, great prices, facility was nice. I don't know what else I can say about them other than if you have an older car or maybe even a newer one, but in my situation, mine is older with no parts being produced.... A few weeks later after I came back I noticed cuts on the leather near the door handle and multiple scratches near the glove compartment. Guzman was the last place I dropped off my car for repair. I simply wasn't expecting those hidden areas to be damaged from a simple seat cover replacement. Otherwise I would've inspected it closely on the spot before I paid for the service. After debating whether or not I should asked them to repair it, since they were the ones who caused it, I decided against it. Would there be more cuts, scratches, or even missing parts? Would I be making the same mistake in chosing Guzman again? What I should do now is to find a more reputable auto shop for repair. Also I found out at the same time one of my tire valve stem caps was lost. I am not pointing fingers, as anybody could've stolen it at any time, but all of the trust is lost. My goal is not to ruin a business' reputation but to warn others of what could possibly happen. In my case, it was a luxury vehicle. What a heartbreak.
