This choice of service provider is M & B Auto Repair. I generally chose maintenance services to gage the attempted gouges many repair shops attempt to inflict. Overall safety inspection and oil change were the services requested. The 2008 Lexus RX350, had a complete check in August in anticipation of an 1100 mile trip, and headlights/high beams changed to LED for better night time visibility , so very little was needed. I had an early Wednesday appointment , so I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. The shop called with an update right before closing Tuesday. Along with the oil change, I needed a belt replaced. Been quite a while since that was done , so I was very satisfied with the discovery. The work was completed just after noon on Wednesday. Bill was just over $200 and I'm not feeling gouged, overlooked or abused. Best way to feel after getting work done on your car. Thank you to the gentlemen at M & B Auto Repair... we will be back!

After replacing the starter and doing the oil change the car stops working within a day. Towed it to a reputable mechanic who says that Ryan short changed the car 2 quarts of oil, causing irreparable crankshaft and cylinder misfires. Basically, the engine blew because there wasn't oil.

Mechanic wouldn't even come speak to me about what is questionably wrong with my vehicle even though i paid diagnostics fee for that reason.

I was serviced by two technicians who at first I felt were competent enough to work on my vehicle. Upon leaving I found it off that it took less than 5 minutes to complete a checklist and an oil change. They did an oil change but didn't even try to change the filter. Did not put a gasket onto the drain plug although it says it was . Didn't check the air filter, didn't check the any of the fluids that the receipt states is their "checklist", not the coolant, not the transmission, not the washer fluid. The wiper blades weren't checked nor offered. Windshield was not cleaned and tires weren't checked. I don't ask for much but I do ask for things done right the first time. I won't be going back to this location, please avoid this location if you value respect when paying for service. The manager the 2 technicians named was "Charles" or "Charlie".

When I checked under the hood, the coolant reservoir was completely empty and a rag was left behind in the engine bay very careless work. On top of that, I have no coolant leaks, which tells me the shop simply didn't fill or bleed the system properly. Because of their negligence, my car now has problems it didn't have before.
