If you're tired of being told "everything is fine" while your car is literally fighting you on the road, go see them first. The Backstory: I previously took my vehicle to another shop twice to fix a severe pull and "wandering" issue. After two attempts and over $200 down the drain, they insisted the alignment was perfect. It wasn't. Driving was a chore, constant battling with the steering wheel just to stay in my lane. During my last oil change at your location, two of the wheel studs and lug nuts on my vehicle were damaged and improperly secured. When I called about the issue, I was told to bring it in and that it would be taken care of since I needed another oil change anyway. However, when I was contacted with the total, the price was significantly higher than a standard oil change. I requested a copy of the invoice and was then informed I would be charged $50 to replace the studs and lug nuts -- despite this being damage caused during my previous visit. I was told the charge was due to the tires being removed for brake work. That explanation is incorrect. I replaced the brakes and rotors prior to your team performing front-end work on my Jeep in 2024, and the tires have not been removed since the last rotation. I even provided documentation to confirm this. Because of this experience, I will not be returning for any future service. A mistake was made, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to pay for repairs that resulted from your shop's error. Whether this was poor business practice or an attempt to take advantage of me, it was unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer for a few years. What started out as reliable no nonsense quality service has gone downhill to the point that i walked out today after arriving 8 minutes late for an oil change appointment. I called at 12:15 to tell them that I was on my way. I knew it was gonna be close. I arrived at 1:08 for a 1:00 appointment. I left my work early to make the appointment. I arrived, checked in and sat down to wait, then overheard the Service Advisor tell the clerk that I would have to reschedule or wait till 2:30 for them to start. This is where it gets nasty, as if that isn't enough! So I go up to the counter to see what solution can be found. I agree to reschedule the appointment for the next day. The SA is talking around me to the clerk! He totally ignores me and I've dealt with the guy several times. I mean I call and he knows me, which vehicles I bring there for service and such. I've probably spent $10,000 with these folks and he blows off an appointment over 8 minutes, and treats me like he doesn't know me? I told the clerk to cancel the appointment for the next day and left. I was angry I didn't want to cause a scene. I stoppped at the door thinking there was something left unsaid. Maybe I didn't understand? Nope. They just stood there glaring at me. I called a few minutes later hoping that I could explain what had happened with me calling. Maybe he was unaware that i had called? Nope same arrogant turd attitude. Oh and don't think your gonna get any better service with the owner or his wife they are worse. I actually only was loyal because of the S/A. I think they finally wore off on him. I bought a few tires a few weeks ago and the owner scolded me about the tire size. I'm done. You can get better service everywhere else. They're good with tires. No where near that good to put up with the "I'm better than you arrogance". May I recommend Valvoline? Much better service. Excellent shop. The name says it all. The mechanics here really know what they are doing. They will get the job done right and look for ways to be reasonable on pricing. Aftermarket parts they will shop around rather than grab the closest most expensive. They been in business 30 years in a small town where people talk, obviously do good work. read more

Ended up here after a serious blow out accident (see our related review of S A Auto for a warning that could save your life!). We were there when they opened. They didn't have our tires in stock, but ordered them and had them delivered and installed in a couple of hours. Our blowout caused damage to our taillights, and they were able to rig together a fix until we could get to a mechanic at home. Good prices, Great Service. I appreciated knowing how old the tires were (9 years old!) and I now know how to visually identify dangerous dry rotted tires. Thank you for a Quality experience, Quality Tire! The other day we had an appointment to get our tires rotated. That morning while driving over the rain was terrible and we were stuck in a traffic jam which caused us to miss our appointment time. When we finally arrived they said they would fit us in as soon as they could. There are a lot of good eating places within walking distance so we had breakfast. They were done before we were. They could have easily said "nope you missed your time" but they didn't. Thank you for understanding when life (and the weather) get in the way. read more

I have never felt so bad about going to an automotive shop in all my life. I called in the morning to see if they would change the oil in my car using my oil and filter.The manager agreed to do it for a set price and made me an appointment for that day. I arrived before the arranged time. Upon check-in, I also asked the lady for a quote on a new tire to put on my full size spare-even telling her the wheel was in the trunk (I saw her write this down on the check-in paper so I know they didn't miss this). The company changed my oil but whoever rang me up (I am assuming the owner?) proceeded to berate me for ten minutes in front of a lobby full of customers on bringing in my own oil and filter. First of all, I called before and asked. They agreed. If they didn't want to do it then they should have told me up front and NOT made me an appointment. Second, what purpose did it serve to tell me that they "don't normally do this" and "I have thousands of dollars worth of inventory in the back that I could have easily used instead of what (I) brought in". Why was it necessary to reprimand me after you agreed to service my vehicle? I didn't ask you to change the oil for free-I paid the full price for this service ($25.00 for labor) which is more than I make for 20 minutes worth of work. I just recently moved to the area and needed a place to take care of my four vehicles but I will definitely NOT be going back to this place. I'm a skeptic when it comes to auto garages. One hears stories of rip-offs and shoddy work. Such is not the case here. I came in for an alignment and wound up having some (a lot of) extra work done. I'm an A&P licensed aircraft mechanic so I know a good mechanic when I see one. Quality tire seems to employ sharp mechanics with high standards. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly.
