We trust all our oil changes to Jiffy Lube. The staff here were very kind. Their wait room chairs were comfortable, which can't be said for all Jiffy Lube locations. The wait time wasn't very long, and pricing was reasonable. Our only complaint was the waiting room was a little warm, which has no bearing on the services provided. read more

I used to speak highly of this location. After I had a bad experience 6months ago, I debated on coming back. The manger called me and we talked things through. I wasn't asking for anything but he insisted on offering me a free oil change on my next visit. Here I sent my daughter to get the oil chamge for me and no one knows of the oil change beung free of charge. I specially asked if that was gonna be something ai would call ahead on. This place has really good customer service and they are always nice and attentive. I go their for oil changes and inspections for different cars. They are more expensive here then the dealer but they seem to last longer $90 for 8,000 miles and they top me off in the between for free!! They are pretty much spot on about how long service will take and I'm appreciative of that. That way I can make a choice to wait or come back!! Stopped by at around 1:30 for an oil change and state inspection. It took a while because they were busy, but I didn't mind and had time to spare today. The staff kept me informed the whole time and were very respectful. Most of my interaction was with Matt, who was very professional and friendly. He was working his tail off today running from vehicle to vehicle, in the heat, and still managed to focus on customer service by conversing with me and explaining all my options. I sent my wife here with a Groupon for an oil change. She was told it would be 30-45 minutes but it took 1-1/2 hours. They tried to sell her an air filter. The current one if fine but does show some dirt. They didn't bother to blow the leaves out of the filter box. They checked the cabin air filter. They left the filter and the contents of the glove box on the floor but closed up the glove box and air filter box. We are not going to be going here again. read more

The customer service at the specific jiffy lube is phenomenal! Every time I need anything done, they go above and beyond. Today I had a low tire pressure and went to jiffy lube to see if they were able to fill my tire pressure up. Not only did Fletcher assist me with that, but he went out of his way to inspect the tire for nails and found one had punctured the exact tire that was low! Took over an hour for just an oil change. There were only 2 people working, which even though they only have 2 bays is still unacceptable to me. I'll probably try out the other oil change place down the road next time, even though I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer since I first started driving. Well from 5 to 1 star. The last 2 times I've gone have been horrible. Last time took over 1 1/2 hrs for a simple oil change after having another car who came after me, go before me. Today, I was told 30 minutes before they could start service. 30 minutes later I was told after I had to ask, it would be done soon. Same thing happened again as they moved a car who'd came after me, into the service bay. I promptly left after explaining horrible customer service and non-existent communication. Normally, I take my car(s) to the Kwik Kar down the street. However, after receiving repeated lousy service from people who act like delinquent thugs, I decided to try the Jiffy Lube down the road. Thank God I did. When I parked my car, at the entrance of the garage, I was met by Ryan. It was 8:00 am and freezing cold, but Ryan had a delightful attitude. He directed me to the waiting room, showed me where the coffee and water was, and let me know that he would be back in a moment to check me into the system. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and Ryan hit a home run. After looking over my car, Ryan returned and spoke to me about the type of oil that was recommended for my car. He didn't come across like a salesman, rather, he acted like he truly cared. I accepted some of his suggestions (changing the air filters). Moreover, because I accepted some of the suggestions, he was willing to give me a discount on other items. Ryan went back to work, and before I knew it, my car was finished. Quick and easy with excellent customer service. I enjoyed the experience so much, I brought my other car in for service. I received even better service the second time. Ryan gave me some additional discounts on certain items, which made me feel like my business was appreciated. It is rare when you experience service like this. Moreover, it should be rewarded. Ryan and the Jiffy Lube team made me feel like they wanted my business. (Unlike Kwik Kar, where I felt like a I was bothering the crew from sitting on their asses). I asked the Tech if he could get my back window washer to turn off & he said he didn't know how to do that. Luckily I asked what it was going to cost for the oil change before he started - they wanted $69.95 for it! I drove down the road half a mile to Walmart & they did it for $19.99, in less than 15 min. Very courteous customer service. Came at a time when there was clearly a lull. Was offered to have the highest synthetic oil for an oil change, decided to go with the blend instead. No pressure from the worker on that. Workers were cordial throughout, even after having my money and guaranteed work. Total time for oil change was about 20-25 minutes including a RainX treatment and quite a bit of re-topping of fluids, as well as balancing air pressure. read more

I went 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience. Before going I printed off a coupon for $5 off an engine air filter, expecting the price to be $10-15 for the replacement and hoping to spend $5-10 with the coupon. They were doing the afternoon special were they do a standard oil change for $19.95; so total with my coupon im expecting at max $30+tax. I rollup tell him I want a standard oil change for $20 and an engine air filter, he tells me that would be $8-12 depending on the size. (I have a fairly popular make and model car, so the part should be plentiful). They get to work and the manager does his upselling for the cabin filter, I tell him next time. Then he starts ringing me up. $35 for the oil change, $20 for the filter, plus tax I was looking at $60 (almost twice what I had calculated going in. He explaimed that since I just hit 100k miles i should be getting the high milage oil, I didnt argue the point; but then he tells me the air filter was abnormally large for my car, and it was $20. I told him I was quoted 8-12, then he left. Once they were done, he calls me back over and takes the price of the filter to the quoted price acting indignant. Then I present my $5 off coupon and he says he cant add that. I told him "you quote me a price and you renig, then you wont honor the coupon that got me in the door." "Well I took off $8 on the filter and it doesnt stack". Well if they tell you its $12 and then ring it up for "$50" then they settle back at $12, they dont save you crap. So I escaped with a bill of $50, $20 more than expected, and an unusable coupon. Only go there if you want to be taken for a ride. read more

I went here before Jiffy Lube bought it & really liked it. However after a couple if visits after becoming Jiffy Lube I quit going. They are always trying to upsell you on higher priced oil changes. Also kept telling me I needed a new belt. My mechanic said the belt was fine. Final straw came when I went for an oil change & needed an inspection. Told me I needed new wiper blades, so I told them to go ahead & put then on. Charged me $20 per blade. My fault for not asking first. Could have gone to Advanced auto parts & got them for $4 or $5. Now I go to Gorilla Lube & have been very happy there. The reason I picked Gorilla Lube is because I discovered the guys that used to work at Jiffy & left shortly after it became Jiffy are now at Gorilla Lube. They did not like the way Jiffy did business & moved on. read more

Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff! Instead of rotating my tires, the Manager David informed me I should just get new ones and helped me out with local places around town since I am new here. This place is cheaper than dealerships by far and they honor their coupons which are great! They top off your fluids and vacuum the interior (if your car isn't full of stuff) and clean the outside windows included in the service! I'm so pleased with my service today!
