Had a power steering pump replaced. Turned out to be bad.I took it back and they replaced it.Was given some attitude when I took it back , it seemed they were trying to put it on me. They wouldn't even look at it at first. They seemed to be upset I didn't let them diagnose the problem originally. I am old school and I'm not stupid when it comes to my truck, I have over 300,000 miles on it and I am the original owner. I can tell by listening to it what's wrong with it and I've always been correct. The power steering pump was the original power steering pump it was whining like a stuffed pig, and the truck was not turning properly not only that I had had it diagnosed at another garage, but they were too expensive regardless,I didn't feel like the attitude was correct. I won't go back there for any reason nor do I recommend anyone else go there due to the attitude I was given. I kind of brushed it off when I left to have them fix it,when I returned to pick it up I felt they were uncomfortable with me being there and barely said a word to me. I don't know what their problem was. I am always nice and respectful to people and never went in there angry or yelling cussing. Nothing I was very polite on the phone with them and very polite when I took it back did not expect to be treated the way I was But like I said it is fixed now and working great. I have usually worked on my truck myself because I don't want or trust anyone else working on it however do eye cancer I'm not able to see as well as I should. My right eye is completely dark now,I hope in the future no matter where I'm at. I'm able to trust a mechanic more than I did this place. read more

So at the end of June this year, I had to take my 07 Silverado in to figure out what was causing the squeaking noise. The mechanics told me that they would inspect it and then let me know. We all concluded it had to be either the timing chain or the harmonic balancer. They had my truck for almost a month and I ended up spending more than double what I was expecting. After they replaced both parts, they then claimed that my lifters are going to need replacing and charged me an additional 2 grand for that as well. After paying for the parts they replaced, I took my truck home only to have a new fault come up, low oil pressure. I called them and had them take my truck back to fix that issue and made them pay for it out of pocket being that this fault never occurred before they took my engine apart. Out of spite, they messed up my alignment. When I FINALLY took my truck back from them for good, my truck was driving somewhat straight but my steering wheel was halfway turned to make this happen. I had to take my truck to another shop for an alignment job which cost me even more money. So all I ask is that if you're reading this, please don't do business with these people. They're going to over charge you for everything and when they mess up and you call them out on it, they're going to cause more issues expecting you to bring it back in so they can continue to gouge you. With all the mechanic shops I've dealt with in over 20 years, these guys are the worst. read more

Poor Service. Plus side they did help me place my car on my dolly. Brought my vehicle in because my car wouldn't start or attempt to roll over. Told telephonically what I had troubleshooted already. Mechanics couldn't figure out what specifically was wrong and wanted to 'throw parts at it' and I'd be looking at spending several thousand dollars for said parts. Still had to pay full diagnostic fee and basically got 'idk bro' for 125$. Took it to another auto shop and they quickly diagnosed it as the neutral safety switch, ordered the part, and replaced it the next day. read more

Do not leave your car with this shop. They misdiagnosed my car and was going to overcharge me thousands when all I needed was a water pump!! Mechanic described symptoms as watery oil saying my head was blown . I did my own research and found the oil is supposed to look milky if head is blown . Horrible!!!! read more

We had a fairly significant fuel system repair on our 2017 F350 caused by a failed fuel pump. From the day that truck was brought into the shop Andrew went over and above with service. He kept me in the loop the whole way, was transparent and fair. Im a big fan of how detail orientated they were throughout the dignostic and repair process by photos and notes. He treated me like I had been a customer for years. Colby, the diesel tech that did the work was outstanding. Anyone who knows diesel engines knows the 6.7 powerstroke is a pretty complex unit but he knew that thing inside and out. I have total confidence in this shop between the service, value and skill. Pretty nice people made a mistake fixing the problem quickly fixed with no extra charge and on top of that they aired up my tires for free, now they do it all the time andrew is great and also chris head mechanic im pretty sure every one else is great there but top two on my list read more
