I am so relieved! My front door lock broke on a Friday evening and I was really worried. Dean came over within 15 minutes and worked diligently to try to repair the broken lock. Dean arrived at my location when he said he would, and worked over an hour on my car door lock replacement, which became more difficult when the new lock I had purchased didn't fit the car. He went the extra mile in re-building the old lock, which was much more difficult than a replacement. I paid him a little extra for that, even though he didn't ask.
