My kids accidentally locked us out of the house and Dean was super responsive and efficient. He got to us so fast and let us back into the house. He was patient, kind, and thoughtful. I was running a little late because I had to pick-up the kids first before returning to the house. He waited for us as well as thoughtfully made me an extra key so I don't get lock out again. I am so relieved! My front door lock broke on a Friday evening and I was really worried. Dean came over within 15 minutes and worked diligently to try to repair the broken lock.
