This is a new boba tea place. Service was impeccable. Place was clean. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Hours are more extended than most of the boba tea shops in the west suburbs especially on week days. We tried 3 of the donuts: ube, black sesame, and pumpkin cheesecake. Out of the 3, i would say the pumpkin cheesecake had the most sapid, prominent flavor. Very delicious. Ube was good but the flavor wasn't as strong as pumpkin or black sesame. Ube bubble tea with rainbow popping boba was tasty. We tried the sweet doritos k dog. I took off a star because I felt like the mark was missed. The service was amazing, the workers are so sweet and greet you when you walk in and leave. The interior design is so cute and cozy vibe. This is our second time here and it's always busy, so that means everyone definitely likes it. The downside to being busy is that the tables may not get wiped down as often - not a game changer, just an observation. We ordered the Strawberry Cream, Choco Crunch, Raspberry Cheesecake, and of course the Ube Bironut. Every single one of them tastes great, and what we like is that they aren't crazy sweet, but just enough to let you know they are donuts! Me and my kids went for the first time when they had just opened, a little over a year ago. Everything is so fresh and delicious so we now go there when we get the chance! We have had the UBE and Tiger Brown Sugar Boba's, so far we have tried all their signature donuts and Corn Dogs and sometimes their monthly or sunday specials. This is a new spot in st Charles and it is a must try! They make their brioche donuts fresh daily and do not use any preservatives. Because of this their prices are a little higher and it's worth it. The inside is cute and has plenty of seating. I love the touch of orchids throughout! Very pretty and sets a calming atmosphere. There are also a few tables out front if you'd prefer to sit outside as well. I noticed an air purifier inside which I really appreciate. The fact that the owners took the extra time/money to invest in that shows they care about their employees and their customers. This was my first time here so I asked the staff what their top 3 personal favorites were. I took their recommendation and got all 3 that they choose. Staff was super friendly and gave quick service. Hubs and I tried the ube, strawberry milk cream and choco crunch donuts. It's hard to say which one is my favorite since they are all very good and very different flavors. They change their donut menu monthly and I will definitely be coming back to try others. Side note - it's REAL Ube. This donut shop is over an hour drive away from my house but I am already looking forward to the next time I can stop by. There is plenty of street parking in the shared lot and the employees were very patient when I had to send a picture of the menu to my friend so she could see what drinks were available. I ordered her the premium matcha and I ordered myself a tiramisu iced latte. The latte was rich and sweet. I splurged and ordered a six pack of the donuts which included a madagascar vanilla, ube, cookies and cream, biscoff cheescake, yuzu cheesecake and the strawberry milk cream. All of the donuts were light, fluffy and had a food donut to filling ratio. We shared the 6 donuts between 3 people and they were all so delicious. We patiently waited along with everyone else. This gave us time to admire their cute donut kitten mascot throughout the room. These brioche donuts are undoubtedly a few stair flight levels above your traditional morning donuts. Pillowy soft and airy, generously and lovingly filled with creamy gourmet decadence. Each flavor was so unique! These aren't the type of donuts one simply inhales while rambling sports stats. Everyone around me had to zip their lips as I drifted into a blissful, highly caloric stupor. We tried the vanilla, choco crunch, ube, and strawberry milk cream. It is hard to pick favorites but if I had to, ube wins. Dear Donuts somehow made a flavor like vanilla unique, using Madagascar vanilla bean. I am super intrigued by all of the other flavors and will be back to try them. There are more than just donuts here, my donut brethren. They have good coffee, bubble tea, K-corn dogs, etc. If you're a fan, they actually serve very aromatic tea, hot or cold, as they proudly serve Rishi Tea. Try the yuzu peach green tea or the blueberry hibiscus like we did, fragrant! I'll likely show up on a hot summer evening to try their matcha or dole pineapple soft serve. I have to give props to the young people working behind the counter as they were really trying their hardest to meet the demand of an excited, curious, and hungry horde, which we were shamelessly a part of. I got the strawberry, ube, chocolate crunch, cookies n cream, lemon-blueberry (monthly special) and the garlic cream cheese. All were winners but the ube, garlic cream cheese were my favorites! Just tried Dear Donuts for the first time, simply amazing! I had a strawberry milk cream briont donut. It was filled with tons of cream (just enough sugar) which I love. The dough was not oily but perfectly cooked. I also had to try a Vanilla donut with a very generous amount of vanilla filling. Again not overly sweet but once again perfect. I also tried an Organic Matcha Latte hot tea. I'm a coffee lover but now I just may switch to this amazing tea. This place definitely deserves the hype. I've been here before it went viral and honestly we were so happy to have a place nearby that made high quality donuts with great ingredients. I've tried all of their donuts and can agree they're all amazing. Hard to pick a favorite. Just buy one of each and try them all. Don't waste time figuring out which is better than the rest. I am always a fan of new donut places opening up around my area, and I will always happily enjoy one of their specialties. Dear Donuts is no exception to that rule. Dear Donut has been blowing up on social media, and there is a good reason for it. Dear Donut is located in St Charles in a strip mall. Therefore there are a lot of parking options available. They are open at 7 am. However, their website/online presence could be a little better. I do not think they even have a website so finding a menu is a little difficult. It seems like they change their menu fairly often so that could be a reason why. If that is the case, an Instagram or something could be beneficial for fans like me. Dear Donuts sells donuts, boba tea, and Korean corn dogs.. among other items. Not sure if we can get a corn dog in the morning but I see no reason. The location was very easy to find. The inside is very bright, clean, and inviting. I walked up to the counter and someone was there waiting for me. She was a little soft-spoken and the environment was a little loud so it was hard to hear her. In the end, I got 4 donuts... vanilla, chocolate crunch, cookies n cream, and mango-passionfruit. The donuts themselves were brioche and not yeast-type. I admit that I am a fan of yeast donuts more but I am glad they were not cake style which I do not enjoy as much. The biggest difference between Dear Donuts and most donut places is their sweetness level. Sweetness was a lot less than that compared to other places. Due to that, each donut tastes very similar to the other despite having different flavor compounds. Prices for each donut are on the higher side of things. I do appreciate that they are freshly made so I am willing to pay more for it. Overall.. I respect this location and I did enjoy their donuts. But due to my preferences and tastes, I may or may not return with zero fault of the location. However, I will have to return to try out their Korean corn dogs. read more

Had dinner near by at just kabob's and saw this on yelp and I had to try. We arrived and the place is super clean and nice looking inside. We got greeted coming in and there were a couple people inside. We ordered our two doughnuts and went with the strawberry milk cream and choco crunch. There was four left of the strawberry milk cream but the people in front of us bought all four. So I asked if they had anymore or if they would bake more and what time they would be ready. The lady told us the bake like a thousand and once they are sold that's it. They close at 10pm but once the doughnuts are sold out that's it for the day. We only bought the choco crunch and the owner comes out and sees the strawberry rack empty and she tells the lady there's more in back, after she just told me she was sold out. Been waiting for Dear Donuts to open up ever since they showed up as a recommend place on IG for me to check out. I wasn't able to make their grand opening but did go recently one evening after dinner to check it out. Unfortunately, they were already sold out of 2 flavors that I had wanted which was strawberry and everything bagel. I'll have to make a plan to arrive much earlier or when they open. Husband and I opted to try their ube and vanilla brioche donuts. Both were very delicious and we were surprised at how light the dough was. The cream filling inside both were flavorful and not too sweet. It reminded me of eating a very large cream puff. Each donut was a bit pricey at 4.50-5.00 each....however not bad if you are willing to treat yourself to a nice dessert once in a while. Dear Donuts is a cute cafe and I also appreciate their packaging. They also sell drinks, korean hot dogs and soft serve. I didn't know about this place until my mom and sister recommended this place to me. I drive past the area to and from work all the time! I always love a good Korean corn dog and boba tea so my fiancé and I gave this little shop a try. The inside of the place is very clean and cute with plenty of seating. They also have a small shelf filled with little goodies and merchandise such as keychains, pens, and other office-like supplies. I got the Hot Cheeto corn dog with half mozzarella and half beef hotdog and my fiancé got the original with all beef hotdog, along with a brown sugar boba tea. With the corn dogs, you can get it topped with a bit of sugar but my fiancé and I opted out and just ate it the way it was. Now, they do have a small station with other toppings and condiments to add to your corn dog. I was expecting my corn dog to be coated entirely with the Hot Cheeto dust but it was more like a sprinkled add-on. However, it was still very delicious, as these corn dogs were piping hot! It's good to know that they are made to order. I didn't get to try the donuts as I'm not a fan of filled donuts. But the next time I do go, I will definitely try them out!
