After 2 days of use, my boxing gloves ripped. I wish I was strong enough to make a hole in a boxing gloves from hitting a bag lol. But the stuffing started to show and there was a clear break in the glove. I went in to tell them what happened and they said it was MY FAULT? and I probably broke the gloves by hitting the bag wrong? What BS! Never heard of someone punching so hard their glove breaks after 2 uses. At the time I was going to Barry's boxing. The owner of Barry's Boxing even went on my behalf a second time to see the staff at 9 Dragons and they refused to refund or exchange them. Even after knowing it was a bday present I bought for myself. NEVER AGAIN! Do not give them your business EVER. What a waste of saving $400. If you want to lose business from all the gyms in the area, this is how to do it. I have made sure that everyone I know doesn't go here again. They tried to say it came in contact with a "sharp" surface with is absolutely bs. I only used it 2x to hit a boxing bag. Again. Terrible customer service. Didn't even try to keep me as a customer and now they'll lose more business from my friends. I have been training for 4 years and no other glove has ever broken on me. I have told every gym owner I know not to go here and now that I am connected in Las Vegas to most gyms, I am trying to protect the community from buying from a gym that will rip you off if you get a defective product. Xamien was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered advice. He had the racket ready to go in just a few hours! Bonus is that you only pay for the string. They do not charge a fee to actually string the racket. We will definitely be back for future needs including purchasing a backup racket.

Their stringing machines are top notch Wilson baiados and the guys here string them pretty quick, you can come get them the following day. People are also super nice. String job is about 25-28. When you buy the strings here the price tag includes the stringing job, and they give you a can of propenns.

Las Vegas store is lot more smaller then the one in Anaheim. The building in Anaheim more warehouse so have room for lot more stuff. Still small store decent amount of stuff. Also they online store so they look stuff up if not have it at the store. They have good variety of equipment choose from and nice mix high end to middle end products. The staff is five stars. The service at Desert Birkenstock was exceptional. I wanted to try on several different styles in a range of sizes, and they provided everything I needed. I found my perfect fit! Never did I ever think I would become a fan of Birkenstock sandals…read more Fast forward several years later and I am now a huge fan. I currently own six pairs of these wonderful sandals. I have purchased two of the six sandals right here. I wear these sandals all year long and one pair has sheepskin so I use them as slippers. They are the most comfortable and supportive sandal I have found. I know they don't always look super fashionable, but who cares when your feet are happy. They are a little spendy but you can often find great deals here and remember these sandals can last you a lifetime so in my opinion well worth the investment. There used to be two locations, but now only this one exists. It is not too far from where I live and I come here at least two to three times a year shopping for yet another pair. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Every season I receive a mini catalog with a postcard enclosed for a deal they will be hosting. I love taking advantage of their spring cleaning special. This includes you bringing in your Birkenstocks and dropping them off. They will treat them with cork sealer, clean the leather and give your sandals a thorough review for any issues that may need to be addressed. Price varies from year to year but I like to have one of my pairs worked on every year. They can also repair your Birkenstocks. In addition to Birkenstock sandals, they carry other brands of sandals and shoes like Vionic, Taos, Olukai (another great sandal), Keen, Dansko, and Alegria. For people that need arch support and insoles, pick up what you need here. This store is really a one stop/do it all shop and that will make me return over and over again.
