Love it! Went in to spruce up my cheap skates and walked out feeling pretty good about my selection. The girls were nice and even changed out my bearings and wheels. Smoother ride & better grip. If you need skates or accessories, this is the place to go. I needed different wheels and toe stops for my roller skates. I wasn't sure which ones would do for what I wanted, and the girls who helped me knew it all! I explained what I wanted to achieve with my skates, and they knew exactly what I needed. They put on my new wheels, bearings, cushions, and new toe stops, made full adjustments including the trucks. The accessories caught my eye and I had to have sparkly shoe laces and a tote bag! Roller skate shop lacking serious service. The two people working could barely be bothered to say hello, and one was cleaning the store over providing service to their one and only customer, me. I came in for some protective gear and possibly new skates, but no one bothered to help this new skater out so I just left. Have no idea how they stay in business. They keep me in the Roller Derby season with everything I've needed and introduced me with the information and tools to get started with park skating. The owners and staff are skaters so they're knowledgeable about everything you need so they're able to help and give advice if you have no idea what you're doing or have never skated before. The staff here is awesome! I ordered a pair of custom skates. I didn't know the difference between all the options that were available for my choosing. I am older and just getting back into skating as a pass time. Arlyn was patient and explained everything to me so that I could make the best decision that was right for me. I ask a lot of questions! I purchased my shoes at the Meadows Mall the same day so that she could get started. The skates actually looked better completed than I expected. They feel even better on the rink! I love my skates so much that my wife and I went back this weekend, to have her a custom pair made. Can't wait to see the finished product! I am certain she will love her skates as much as I do when she gets to the roller rink. I am not an easy person to please, I like what I like, and I want what I pay for, nothing more or less!
