He had the racket ready to go in just a few hours! Bonus is that you only pay for the string. They do not charge a fee to actually string the racket. Love a local tennis gear shop. It has tennis and pickleball mainly. You can buy rackets, string them, demo them all here. You can pretty much find all of the main brands and different rackets here. Tennis ball machines are sold here too. There are shoes and bags as well. Their stringing machines are top notch Wilson baiados and the guys here string them pretty quick, you can come get them the following day. People are also super nice. String job is about 25-28. When you buy the strings here the price tag includes the stringing job, and they give you a can of propenns. read more

Had a great experience today at Game Set Match at their Ft. Apache location. I was looking for a pair of pickleball shoes. David was extremely helpful in finding just the right ones for me. I wear orthotics which always makes the experience more challenging but they had a great selection and even had a couple of pairs that were on sale. The staff are extremely patient and helpful. Couldn't ask for more. Walked out with more pairs than I planned but couldn't beat the value, selection and fit. I highly recommend them. read more

This is a great place for all your tennis needs. They have pickleball and other items but I was there for tennis equipments. A great selection across many different brands. Service is excellent. Both Taylor and Jack provided excellent service. They're quite busy with stringing but were able to get mine worked out. They provided suggestions and were patient. The stringing turned out well and delivered as promised. Stringing isn't just stringing. If you're using natural gut or hybrid combo, you want someone that knows what they're doing. I'm definitely going back. The only thing is that their pricing for accessories (ie strings) are higher than what you would find online. But that's to be expected from a storefront. read more

There's usually something lacking in your everyday tennis pro shop: a wide selection of racquets, fast tennis stringing, actual knowledge of the products. At Game Set Match, this store had all of the above and more. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted warmly by one of the workers. He asked what I needed, answered my questions quickly, and provided in-depth insight on different strings and tension recommendations. It's rare to find an employee that actually knows their products inside and out, but the one that greeted me definitely delivered. The store was also full of anything you need tennis wise: apparel, racquet dampeners, and, of course, a wide array of tennis racquets. And not just Wilson or Babolot, like I'm used to seeing in most pro shops. But almost every popular brand on the market. I personally am brand loyal to Yonex, and this place had all the lashers Yonex styles, even the Percept which just came out a few months ago. Came here for the first time during Grand opening on June 1st with a friend whom I play tennis with regularly for years. He was the one who told me about this new local tennis shop that was opening up soon. We were pretty excited as most of the big named sport stores are now gone, and that's who we used to go to have our tennis rackets strung at Located on the Northeast "corner" of Fort apache, near Tropicana, it sits right in the street facing building, easily seen from the street. Upon entry, the left wall is all the strings. To the right, 3 new racket stringing machines with reels of string after that. Along top left wall and in front of the strings was tennis bags as well as "on sale" rackets. To the far right wall, are all the tennis rackets. Back wall, racket accessories and shoes. To my surprise, upon inquiring about stringing, Prince had went out of business and had their inventory acquired by tennis warehouse. Person who I was talking to apparently was the manager. They carry reels of every string that was on the wall. If they don't carry, they can order it and have it arrive on a few days. Price for stringing is $15 + price of string. With a reel (that they store for you...), $10 per racket. Not bad ! Sad it's not included in purchase of string anymore like how the big named stores were like back then. Overall, love that a tennis store had opened up and to be so close as well. Great and friendly service as well. ------------------------- Update ! Came back today (3 business days later, was estimated 5-7) after i received a call saying my reel ordered was delivered. I can pick it up. I arrived and it was sitting right at the cashier with my name on it. I had the option to either leave the string there or i can keep it myself. Originally i wanted to drop 1 racket off so i had another to play with tonight, but the manager was like if you want to wait, i can do it right now. So I agreed ! A few minutes into it, i asked if they had time to string a 2nd and they agreed. 30 minutes later, both rackets were done ! Paid $20 and i was on my way ! Apparently they have a demo program. Free for the first day, $5 for every day after that, up to 5 days. Oooh... Too bad for vegas weather, and its so hot now, i only play at night.... Before I discovered this location, I was demoing tennis racquets from a website and was impatient for them to arrive, which takes about 5-7 business days. Here you pay $5 for 3 days, or $10 for 7 days and you have them in your hands and ready to play on the same day. This place has incredibly knowledgeable staff. I'll be coming here to have my racquets restrung, and I also sent my friend here to have his racquet restrung. I wholeheartedly endorse this location for all of your tennis requirements. We were recently back in Las Vegas for a tournament. Another local player referred us to HoT, I had an opportunity to get some racquets strung at the tournament site, and decided against it. Extremely happy I made that choice as the store was laid out well, had a great stock of string and equipment, and the staff was excellent and very helpful. They were able to accommodate a quick turnaround on stringing during both visits. Even though my son is sponsored by Babolat I wound up buying a reel of string during my second visit. I've been to tennis shops where I live locally on the East coast and at various tournament sites around the country, House of Tennis is a step above, they just do it better. This was really a pleasant experience. I know NOTHING about pickleball other than my spouse wants us to play. I thought that was all I needed to know. I was wrong but the very nice, exceedingly patient staff took the time to ask questions and learn about our level of fitness, knowledge of the game before suggesting a range of raquests/paddles for us. Love this store!! They were very knowledgeable of the Pickleball paddles I was inquiring about! They allowed me to demo the Selkirk Invicta for 3 days! Good thing because I struggled with it or it didn't fit my style of play! So, I ended up getting a Joola paddle instead for a great price! Taylor also helped my husband with his paddle by placing some lead tape on the top & sides of his paddle! Great friendly service & awesome staff! We just moved to Henderson and we were looking for a tennis store to buy new shoes and get our racquets restrung. We found Game-Set-Match via Yelp and the reviews. The store's concept and set-up are excellent! They have a great variety of shoes and lots of string options. We met Conrad and Taylor and they were super friendly and welcoming, too! Got my tennis racket restrung here. Everyone there was helpful, and nice. Strings we're about 15 and the service was 15 as well and they finished it in 24 hrs. They have rackets, balls, string, and other small accessories. It's a huge place for a tennis shop and that's all I got to say about that. read more
