I was in a lot of pain for two weeks and needed a root canal. It took three days to get an…read moreappointment but that was for the consultation only. I worried about how much longer it would take to get the root canal appointment. Luckily, the doctor stayed late for me and did the procedure that afternoon. I really appreciated that. The doctor is experienced, fast and efficient. However, I was not prepared for the mouth insert that doesn't allow exhaling out of your mouth. I wish they had told me that ahead of time. When they had to stop to explain that I had to exhale out of my nose, I felt like I was an obstacle to the process. It was not reassuring. I didn't feel the empathy during this difficult process. During the procedure, they did not communicate where we were in the process, and if everything was going well. When the doctor was done, he did mention that there was one challenge that he overcame with intersecting nerves. Alas, I was glad to have some communication. After the procedure, the assistant gave me a t-shirt, a post procedure sheet, and told me we were done. She didn't give any verbal instructions, except to contact my dentist for my crown. She didn't ask how I felt and/or if I needed to take a rest in the waiting room. In fact, my back hurt for two days from the angle which I was reclined for a prolonged time. Otherwise, my recovery has been good and I'm thankful for that. As for the expense, it's not cheap to get the advanced xrays and the laser treatment. Even with insurance, those x-rays are not covered. However, it's the highest standard of care, which helps the doctor give patients the best treatment.

Terrible experience! Prior to the appointment I was told that the root canal would be done. Claimed he had a family to get home to and also had an appt. after me. Was given the option to "RUSH THROUGH IT" who in their right mind wants to rush through a root canal because their dentist has other priorities and an appt in 20 mins. Truly horrible service.

I walked out before ever seeing the endodontist because of how I was treated by the front desk…read more The receptionist (his wife) was incredibly rude and had zero sense of professionalism. If you do go here, DO NOT ask questions! If you do, please expect the following answers as I got them as well. "I'm not going to spend my day explaining this to you." And "I'm not going to explain this to a child." If this is how patients are treated upfront, it's not worth your time. And to Dr. Travis Caissie, it might be time for your wife to retire.

She tried to ask some questions and understand more about the procedure. The office manager was very short and aggressive with my wife. She accused us of being the issue with our daughter if she can't sit still, won't let parents in during the procedure to help, and charges (every time) if they have to deal with the child during the procedure. The dentist is a saint compared to the treatment my wife received from that woman. I understand it's his wife, but she should not be in the front office talking to patients. Their website is very outdated. And the endodontist's wife states they do not need new patients. So if people have problems, they will not take them. And they don't deal with insurance. The doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and helped walk through the procedure with my wife. I could afford to have my daughter treated with them, but I would rather my money go to a company that treats its customers with respect.

While visiting family in Florida over the holidays, I realized I had a cracked tooth. Finding…read moredental care the day before New Years Eve was a challenge; this place had appointments available, and were within reasonable driving distance. The practice looks new, and has a very modern, state-of-the-art feel, which inspired confidence initially. The receptionists were very friendly, the wait was short, and the technician who did my x-rays was competent, so for those reasons I gave two stars; since I can't give the -1 they deserve. Once the dentist appeared the whole experience changed. She was condescending and dismissive. She looked at the x-ray, gave a brief, cursory glance at my tooth, and pronounced that I did not have a cracked tooth, but needed a root canal, which she was unable to do. I was surprised, since I was pretty sure it was cracked. (I could feel it.) She said no, and by the way, she would NOT be giving me any pain meds! She said this as though I was possibly faking my problem in the hopes of getting some narcotics. I never asked anything about pain management and I found this extremely offensive. I asked about other treatment options, such as extraction (my preference) and she refused, saying it was a viable tooth. I felt that she really just didn't want to work on me. I left feeling unwelcome and weird, and still had the problem I arrived with. I chose to wait until I returned home to seek treatment from my regular dentist, and in that time the crack (yes, it IS cracked) has widened, and part of the tooth is now loose. I don't know if it can be salvaged or not, but if she had just pulled it, it would be healed by now. Bottom line- I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The upside of all this is the visit was cheap, only $30 or so for the exam (if you can call it that) and the x-ray. Hey, you get what you pay for.

I Wouldn't even recommend this place to people I hate. Absolutely terrible won't ever be coming…read moreback.
