You don't have to decide in advance- his body tells him what you need! I personally think massages aren't a luxury, they are a necessity. I've injured myself over the years (shoulder, back, legs, wrists) and there's been times when nothing seemed to work, except Julio. I also like that he explains what he feels and how he works to make it better. Of course if you don't want to talk he will respect that as well. If you're a non-believer in Reflexology, give Julio a chance to change your mind.
