Tiny building, huge taste! Excellent service even though the crowd was through the door. Had a delicious roast beef po-boy that was so messy (delicious) I didn't even try picking it up. Tots were crispy on the outside and soft and hot in the center like a tot should be. Mrs. Debbie is as honest as they come and runs this place local style, home cooked, and it's great. I always go for the cheeseburger combo and never leave disappointed while always leaving full. The seating is indoor and outdoor, but the inside is a bit small. It's a shack for size, but don't judge the flavor for that. Service is just fine. You'll have an older lady come and collect your trash once and bring you one refill as you eat with your crew. No one intrudes and the wait on the food is average. Worth it for sure! read more

I've never had a bad experience at Debbie's until today. I ordered the pork chop lunch because I've had it before and it was excellent. Today however the meat tasted strange. I tore it in half and ate one bite and let my husband taste a bite too because I wanted his opinion. We both thought it was off so it took part to a waitress and explained my problem. She said she would prepare a new one so we waited. And waited, and waited. After 36 minutes I went to ask the lady at the window what was going on. She said she decided not to make me another one because I had ate most of it. I explained that the other half was on my plate because I just took half of the pork chop to the waitress. Apparently it made no difference to her. I offered to go get the other half but she was not interested. I then asked her why didn't she come tell me of her decision so that I could have left and she said, "oh I thought you had been told." I'm so disappointed in my experience at Debbie's today. My husband and I had just started going once a week as we really liked the place, food and waitresses but my husband said he won't go back now. I agree with him because we did not deserve the treatment we received. read more

We stopped here on a quick day trip on the way to Magnolia when looking for a quick bite to eat. This spot was absolutely delicious and a little off the beaten path, but completely worth the stop! The fresh, ground beef patties for hamburgers are absolutely amazing! I recommend a seasoned a seasoned pattie burger. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, and I love that they seem to know all of the town folks and that it seems like such a town establishment. Great place! read more

Wow oh wow! The food was so good probably the best chili dog I have ever had! The seasoned burger was amazing and my 2 year old twins cleared their plates! Which doesn't sound like much but my son has sensory issues and doesn't like meat so the fact he ate his burger is major! And the $5 deal today was amazing you get a burger, chili dog small fry and small drink! Where can you get good old fashioned food cheap like that? I would go back for sure! read more

This is the only place in town that has handmade beef burgers; the only place left in South MS who has the original old fashioned burger, and the only place left who does the 'seasoned' burger. It's well worth the scenic drive from wherever you are! The ladies behind the counter are Southern hospitality at its best and the cooks never waiver from their perfection in a pot, on a bun etc. This little gem of less than 10 tables is a dying breed so you better partake before they are all gone. We appreciate dedicated folks who carry on such precious traditions as this! Tuesday's you can get a burger, fries, chili dog and a drink for $5. Specials every day of the week and a broad menu of burgers, sandwiches, poboys , salads and dogs..And the lost art of chili fries, roast beef/gravy fries and even philly fries.
