He later questioned why my comment had not been deleted because he felt it was harassment. The replied was defensive supporting my previous observation of his management skills. I was subsequently banned from receiving services. My recommendation remains the same: managerial training would be beneficial. You can find training in YouTube. according to your own response , you leadership style comes across as dictatorial and dismissive of a customer review. Regardless of the number of employees managed, professionalism, communication, and emotional control are essential in any leadership role. The business was originally built by your father, who treated both customers and employees with professionalism and respect. When customers are banned for providing feedback, it reflects poorly on the culture of the business and ultimately impacts both customers and staff. In case you are not aware, there are many businesses that offer the same services. This is not about losing a customer, but about losing the opportunity to receive constructive feedback that helps a business improve. As a former loyal customer, I also recall overhearing workplace discussions during services that involved concerns from employees, including conversations related to their tip handling and management practices. These were not isolated comments, and they contributed to a broader impression of employee dissatisfaction. When internal concerns become visible to customers, it is worth reflecting on workplace culture and communication. If private conversations are not properly managed in a public-facing environment, customers will inevitably hear things that were not intended for them. I experienced this firsthand while receiving services. Reviews are intended to highlight experiences and opportunities for improvement. Responding to feedback by banning customers instead of addressing concerns does not minimize the fact of your poor managerial skills, in the contrary, is expose and supported by yourself. I am the perfect example on how your ego gets in the way. Instead of acknowledging the review, by a simple "thank you for the review, I'll be mindful next time." You are now sacrificing the earning of one of your employees because you ego got in the way . Thanks God for reviews, they show the true nature of people who minimize others just because they think they can and/or because they are the owner of the business. Tsk tsk.

When I called to inquire…read moreabout beforehand they mentioned that they preferred that I didn't buy the Groupon and that they would just honor the price when I got to the salon. I ended up just buying the Groupon because I had some credit I wanted to use and I was wary due to bad experience I had before when I didn't buy the Groupon. When I got there they took me in fairly quickly. The facial space is quite small and it smelled good, like a fruity fragrance. The woman who did my facial was very nice, she did try to upsell me on a "brightening facial" twice while doing my treatment but I had to decline because I get peels and facials from my dermatologist office that is covered under my insurance. After the treatment they gave me collagen sheet mask. I've gotten a few dermaplane treatments from Groupon on the past, they always coming with cleansing and separate custom facial beforehand but it seems like here they try to upsell you for that. This is probably the worst dermaplane I've ever had. Unfortunately I left with several tiny cuts on face. I know that it could happen accidentally but it was more than 3 separate spots and my whole face is very sensitive now. I am very disappointed and will not be back in the future.

She is incredibly knowledgeable about all hair types, especially curly hair, and offers guidance on how to make your hair look and feel great. Most importantly she does not do more than what you're comfortable with. I got my first cut at the new Curl Haven shop over the weekend and it did not disappoint. The shop itself is so cute and gives off that relaxing vibe. Catching up with Sahrita is always great. The Rezo cut itself was amazing! My hair has been thinning for a few months and made me self conscious and the cut Sahrita did on my curly hair instantly brought it back to life, gave it more volume and I felt even hid some of the thinning. She explained all the new products she used from wash to finish, all of which were heavenly and took her time to style my hair. Sahrita's styling techniques are the only salon styling I have ever liked on my curly hair which speaks volumes. Cannot recommend this salon enough. The level of skill Sahrita and her co-owner possess is unmatched. This salon is about an hour away from me and let me tell you it is worth the drive always. Book that appointment ASAP!
