The result is patchy, unevenly lifted hair with noticeable yellow/orange tones, which is unacceptable for a professional salon. ​Price Gouging: I was charged an excessive price for a service that resulted in both a physical injury and a severely unsatisfactory hair color job. ​The combination of an immediate injury from negligence, extremely poor technical skill, and excessive pricing makes this one of the worst and most concerning salon experiences I have ever had.
