I walked in and she greeted me with a smile so I asked her if she could replace the zipper for me and while i stood there she pulled out a little box with many pull tabs and she proceeded to replace the pull tab and the zipper stop on the other side. It took her all of 5 minutes to fix my jacket with a pair of pliers and BEST OF ALL, I asked her how much I owed her for the repair and she graciously smiled at me and replied to me, "NO CHARGE"! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?! THAT is what GREAT Customer Service is ALL ABOUT!! She has gained a returning customer if we ever need to have another article of clothing tailored or repaired! She told me that replacing the entire zipper would have cost me $35.00 so in this crazy horrible economy, I appreciated her saving me the $35.00! That's a half-tank of gas nowadays! I asked Tailor Experts to hem 3 pants to a 36 inch length. They've done a perfect job before. This time Tailor Experts hemmed the pants to 34, I say 33, inches. They treated me as if I was trying to steal money from them. Taylor Expert only refunded the cost of 2 pants for which I had a receipt. They refused to refund what I paid for getting the pants hemmed. Tailor Experts also refused to refund the third pair of pants because was a present. I offered to get the receipt. The store manager said they would not accept the receipt because I could get any receipt. Bottom line... I felt disrespected and treated as if I it was my fault they hemmed my pants too short. Will be looking for a new tailor that can be trusted.

We were referred to this place by the boutique where we purchased the lehenga, only for a simple length alteration. I deeply regret not trusting our instincts during the measurement process. My sister repeatedly asked the tailor to use a measuring tape, but she was extremely dismissive and insisted on "hand measurements." She didn't write anything down and brushed off our concerns. The result was disastrous. The lehenga was shortened far more than requested--so much so that my sister's legs were fully visible. Worse, the hemline was uneven and poorly cut, which is clearly visible and unacceptable. The result of it was a lehenga that has uneven length which looked improper and deemed the lehenga useless.(Photo of how it was cut on the top is attached for proof.) When confronted, she attempted to fix the damage but instead blamed the boutique for a "defective piece" (the same boutique whose owner recommended her). Unfortunately, the damage was already done and could not be properly salvaged. She also ignored a specific request to include lining inside while attaching the sleeves (lining that we provided). When we pointed this out, she dismissed our concern by saying what she did "looked better," without consulting us. This was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience. I hope sharing this helps others avoid going through the same thing.

When I picked up the dress, I wasn't allowed to try it on. I took the dress back to the tailor because it was too long and nothing had been done to it. i was told that I needed to pay an additional fee to have the dress redone. But when I tried to rationalize and explain to the assistant, she " shooed" me away and said she had other customers to attend to. Embarrassed, disrespected, disappointed and disgruntled... I will be taking my business elsewhere . I had been a faithful customer but never again!

When I returned, the clerk insisted that it was my fault and the 3 pair of pants had not been marked correctly, even though she was the one marking them. I agreed to pay an additional fee for them to correctly hem the three pants. When I got them back, only two had been hemmed correctly and the third was still three inches too long. Don't go here.
