They used safety pins to hang an expensive dress with a sheer layer and now there are noticeable holes! It was a $500 dress that had hanger straps so not sure why they would do that! They actually used safety pins to pin the dress to the paper hanger sheet. The dress is heavy so all the weight was pulling the dress down as it was hanging causing the holes to widen. I had been going here for a while with no issues but this is wild to me. Surely they must have other ways to hang a dress! My husband had picked it up my clothes so I didn't get to check things on my own but we won't be going back. read more

The overall rating on this business is unfairly low. An ownership change went through a couple of years ago. A young couple own it now, and have really turned things around. They are on point and it's a brand new shop. Clothes are always clean, pressed perfectly and on time. The shop is neat and orderly and they have this really convenient drive up window that's a joy in the winter. I had poor service from another dry cleaners so I was on the hunt for another business. Found this great shop. The service is always friendly and fast. I have had blankets and clothes cleaned and all have come back well taken care of. I love the service for the blankets. Great price and they put them in a great plastic bag with a handle. My first experience here was awful. Very over priced and they require payment upfront because of the horrible work and service. Somehow a stain magically appeared on the collar of my white shirt and couldn't remove it (the stain was not previously there). This is an update on my original review. I took the sweater in and the owner (not a friendly person) acknowledged that they "put too much" of something and it caused the shrinkage. I asked if he intended to replace the sweater and he said "not necessary, I will fix". I don't know what he did but when I picked it up the second time, it was definitely larger but still not a proper fit. My wife wanted me to demand a new sweater, get a lawyer and so on. I decided to just say the heck with it. At that point in time, I simply did not want to take on the stress, anger, frustration of fighting with the owner. I have not, and will not, ever do business with Parc Cleaner again. read more

My husband is a police officer and former Marine so he's very particular about how his uniforms look. After trying a few places, he found Parc and has been very happy with their service. They even press his uniform twice to make sure his shirt creases are flawless. Since he's so picky, I know they must be good because he never has to touch up his uniforms at home. He ruined 3 pairs of pants which were my husband's he had asked to be drycleaned. I may have "unshrunk" one pair (thank you, Pinterest!). This is the first dry cleaner I've ever had to pay up front. I wouldn't really have a particular problem with that except I didn't receice an itemized statement for the 3 items I brought in. I was very surprised at a $20 price tag for 1 pant, 1 blouse & 1 blouse. Lastly, my clothes really didn't smell fresh as if they had just been cleaned. I'd rather drive a little further out of the way for my clothes to smell fresh and pay a bit less. read more

I've been in holly springs for 3 years now and this was my go to for dry cleaning. He would give me a discounted price on all my clothes considering I bring him almost 20 pieces every visit. My current visit instead of charging me the normal price of 1.70 per shirt he rang up 5 dollars. I was completely blown away. I asked him why the price was so high he wouldn't give me a straight answer. He realized that I haven't visited him for long time since last summer so I assumed he wanted to make an extra buck of me. What usually was around 25$ Tottal rang up to 85$ without tax. I firmly told him this is wrong and that I will leave a bad review. I do not recommend any personal to visit. If you do, check your prices. He's over charging. read more

Awful customer service. Only use this place if you never want to see your clothes again. We dropped off several pairs of work slacks for minor mending (replacing a button, tacking up a hem that was unraveling). At the initial attempt to pickup our items, only one item could be found. We went back and forth for weeks, each time with the owner asking for more time to "find" our stuff, and even admitting that he probably just gave our stuff to someone else by mistake bc sometimes he just hands out clothes to people he "knows" without looking it up or checking tickets even though every sign on the wall says you have to have a ticket to get your things back. Finally he offered a refund for the services themselves, since you have to pre-pay. That's it! No compensation for the $150+ of our clothing that he LOST. I will never return. Completely disorganized place with some of the worst business practices and customer service I have ever experienced. read more

To all those using Parc Cleaners in Holly Springs, be aware they will not take responsibility for mistakes. I recently took a new suit for a first cleaning with other items. The package that was returned to me included a suit but is was not mine. When I returned the mistaken suit with my receipt, they insisted because the numbers on my receipt and the tags on the suit matched, this had to be the suite I brought in. Obviously, they had made the mistake when tagging the item but there was absolutly no recognition that it was even possible for them to have made a mistake. In followup, I got a text saying there was no mistake and no credit or reimbursement would be available. I've been a loyal customer there for 20+ years and I'm shocked. If you are looking for a cleaner, absolutely do not go to Parc Cleaners. If you already use them, you do so assuming all risk. They will not stand behind their work read more

Paid $90 to have two pairs of men's shoes re-soled - so I thought... When I returned to pick them up they were not ready. The Asian man was rude and told me to come back. When I came back he only had one pair completed. He explained that I only paid for one pair and handed me both pairs of shoes. I showed him my receipt showing the $90 payment which he made me pay in advance. He said there was a mistake and that I only paid for one pair to be re-soled. $90??? What a rip off... read more

Avoid this place. They gave my very expensive designer trouser to the wrong customer and gave me their cheap trousers in exchange. Then did not want to pay me for loosing my pants!!!!
