They do charge up front, but you can use your imagination and figure out why...it's not personal or an assault on your character. They have been kind to me over the years, but they serve a tough crowd...a crowd that certainly enjoys talking down to them and sometimes can be downright rude. I tend to practice The Golden Rule (Mat 7:12) and I recommend that for everyone...the world needs more kindness...be different...be kind.

Had a very minor scare that one shirt was missing but the staff brought this to my attention promptly at pickup and worked together to locate the item within a couple minutes. First of all, I didn't ask for "jacket" pricing and again, I explained each coat in detail. Second, neither were as he assumed with "massive lint, hair, and stains." One was brand new and I wanted it cleaned prior to wearing for the first time and the other had been stored away and smelled a bit dusty. I wouldn't trust this business to honor or provide consistent pricing. I wish I had an experience like those who rated so highly, but that definitely wasn't the case.

She replied that she was 8 years old. I then requested that an adult assist me with checking in my clothes instead of an 8-year-old child. When I returned today to pick up my clothes, I was immediately approached by the child's grandmother. She told me she did not appreciate me speaking to her granddaughter during my previous visit. I did not get her name, but she was extremely rude, confrontational, and aggressive throughout the interaction. Another employee assisted me, and I simply asked for my clothes so I could leave. As I was leaving, the older woman said, "Yeah, you better leave. I responded that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because of the unprofessional customer service I had experienced. She replied, "Go ahead, my son owns this cleaners." I then told her that she needed to learn how to treat customers with respect. Her response was, Your mother. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a business. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable, and I was genuinely concerned that a child was handling customer transactions. Rather than addressing my concerns respectfully, the grandmother chose to argue and insult me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. If customer service and professionalism are important to you, I would strongly encourage you to consider taking your business elsewhere.
