Wait times are very minimal which tells me the staff respects their patient's time. Now for the rest of the staff. Support people are friendly and efficient. I have been going to David, PA, in the Thousand Oaks office for months now. I was having severe itching issues. David diagnosed a rare skin condition and got me on an injected medication immediately. David followed up with monthly in-office visits to do follow-up injections while I waited on prescription approval David also checked to make sure everything was working as intended. He also assisted with getting the prescription through my insurance company, which was a nightmare. And a big thank you to Katie, RN, who also had a lot to do with getting the insurance company to cover the medication. Katie not only got the prescription approved, but assisted in getting a very nice discount, which saved me thousands of dollars. And Dr. Weitzbuch is an excellent doctor and has put together an amazing staff. I highly recommend Brilliance Dermatology.

5 Stars times 4!…read more Doctor Weitzbach has treated my wife, daughter, son and me... all with kindness, compassion, exceptional medical expertise and diligent follow-up. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... We could not ask for more and strongly recommend Dr. Weitzbach.

I reside in the area and had my referral to this office, specifically to see Dr. Justine Park, arranged by my retiring doctor. However, when I tried to book an appointment in early April 2025, I was informed that the West Hills office no longer accepted MOTION PICTURE INSURANCE, and I was directed to their Westlake office. There was no prior notice given, and just out of curiosity, I called again since the first time I was given the bum's rush, I was told that Motion Picture was not acceptable at this office. I would have to pay a $5.00 co-pay and a $35.00 fee if I didn't have a referral, which I do, and there are many confusing rules. NOTHING was taken into account. Westlake is quite far from WestHills, so why were we not informed of all the changes? I made a review by mistake on another dermatologist's site, which I have since removed, but this office has earned this one. Hopefully, they'll get their act together and explain rules more specifically, like contacting patients and informing patients of all changes, instead of just doing listings on the web.

When I tried to speak to a manager about the attitude at the front desk, I was met with hostility instead of help. It is a toxic environment. They also botched my excision. Save yourself the stress and find a dermatology office that actually respects their patients. Also possible excessive fraudulent billing! Full Experience: I regret ever coming here!!! My initial experience should have been a red flag! I was met by a condescending and hostile receptionist when I was initially questioning billing and procedures at the front desk. I was so dissatisfied with the service that I decided to leave. Management ended up giving me a call and apologizing about the experience and was able to accommodate me with Dr. Singh the next day if I wanted to continue. I unfortunately obliged and was met with a botched excision in the aftermath. During this entire process I asked multiple times that my insurance covers the procedure and they stated yes this is an in office visit and it's covered minus copay. Dr. Singh has been kind and probably the only professional there but I have lost confidence since my second surgery which was to revise the initial botched scar excision. My scar has become much bigger and pronounced now! Also have bald spot due to this! I'm really upset!!!! To make matters worse, they are now billing me an excess amount whereas this should be covered by insurance as they also validated. At this point I don't know if they are over-billing and just stiffing the clients!! Seems they even billed me for a 2 minute phone call question with the doctor. During this fiasco I asked to speak with billing manager Debbie whom was extremely rude and unprofessional. Each time I tried explaining the situation, she would constantly talk over me not allowing to get my message across, I told her I would not deal with ever again and to have her direct superior contact me! As of 1 week ago, no one has called yet they keep spamming my phone regarding the fraudulent outstanding balance. I would not send anyone I care about here!!! I have been seeing Dr. Osman and Ms. Sanvictores for over a decade now for routine Botox, help with acne and, most recently, laser treatment for hyper-pigementation (melasma). Both practitioners are very careful to explain the benefits and drawbacks of the various treatments they provide (injectables, laser, topicals...etc.) and tend to be conservative in that they want to make sure people have the best possible outcome without appearing unnatural or over-worked on. They both have answered all my questions beyond my satisfaction and I can't think of a single negative experience I've had with either of them. If you have a cosmetic issue or concern, I would highly recommend them. Los Angeles has a LOT of plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists.
