A cesspool of racial hatred. I've taken our two dogs there for several years and yes, they do a great job. About three weeks ago, as I was walking my dogs inside, one of they key employees was having a heated argument with a customer outside. It had to do with immigrants and crime. When I got inside, the woman continued to spout her nonsense, saying immigrants were causing all the crime in the area, destroying our country, etc. and that "illegals" had taken over the strip mall where Deb's is located. She started in on the wonderful, Columbian woman next door (where I get my hair cut). Disgusted, I finally said I couldn't tolerate the racial hatred, asked for my dogs back, and left. As I was leaving, this woman, unleashed another torrent of racial, anti-Hispanic hatred. Deb clearly agreed with her, saying, "we don't want your business." I am soooo sorry, this one is long overdue as these young ladies (being pc here) take such good care of my fur family. We have been to other groomers, but there was always something "off" The pups did not seem so happy there, but they practically "RUN " into this shop. Cezanne Warren is a fabulous groomer & I recommend her to anybody. While my service dog is easy, her coat isn't & she always walks out beautiful & proud. However, Not While Cezanne Still Works Here! Deb, the owner is, IMO, a rude, raging lunatic. I've run numerous businesses and there is never a point where it's good business practice to call a customer, with your "facts" being 180* from reality, and scream and threaten them for 10 minutes! I don't expect applause for donating Covid antibodies, I also don't expect to be vilified and threatened either. I had the most amazing experience here! I am new to the area and have 2 very rambunctious German shepherds who were desperate for a bath and groom! They were able to take me same day, abide by the "new normal" of COVID and my dogs look FANTASTIC You can tell they really love what they do and that they really love animals. I felt very comfortable leaving them there for their grooming. I will be bringing them here every month now. These ladies are the best! Ive been bringing my baby Remy here for 4+ years. They love him & all the other babies like no other groomer that I have seen. They are very flexable & work around my schedule. At times no one answers the phone but they are there. They switched to Cox phone svc and have had trouble ever since. They are there without fail Tuesday - Saturday. I recommend these ladies over & above anyone else. read more

The older ladies that own/run it are just plain crabby and rude, but they weren't the ones who groomed him. I took him there on a recommendation from a friend, and thought that since they were old that they were experienced. They made quite a few negative comments about my dog being a "rescue." I suppose the implication was that he hadn't been groomed very much. When he was on the street, was he supposed to pick up the phone and make an appointment? He's a beautiful white Schnauzer. (Not the Schnauzer in my profile pic. This is my little guy that passed away. His groomer retired.) An experienced groomer should have no problem with it. THEY CHOPPED OFF HIS BEARD AND EYEBROWS, which were not matted because I have been steel combing his beard every day for months to grow out his beard that was ruined in the last two bad grooms, and they ruined it, too!!! I didn't think I had to tell them how to properly do a Schnauzer groom. Didn't even touch his tail, and his ears were nowhere done properly, done on the inside but untouched on the outside. They also cut him, and they had him from 7:50 in the morning till 2:30. I was absolutely LIVID when I picked him up but didn't let it show and even tipped them after the actual person that groomed him (not the old ladies) came out and started lecturing me about how he snapped at her. Isn't that kind of a hazard of the job? When I called after 5.5 hours to see when he would be done, one of the old ladies was snotty and said she didn't know because "he wasn't being cooperative" but then said 2:30. STAY AWAY! I will NEVER put my little guy through that again and also deal with those attitudes. People have forgotten who the customer is. read more

We have been going to this groomer for 21years. We moved here from the East Coast 21yrs ago. Our original Yorkies went here and when the babies came we brought all 4 here and our Pomeranian Gucci until he passed in 2017. Now we are down to one of the babies Trey he is now 15yrs old and still going strong. So we only have Trey (Yorkie) and Beavis (Beagle) that still love going to Deb's. I recommend them. I called Deb's Doggie door to try and make an appointment for my 2 harry mutts that definitely need cleaned up. the lady that answered was not very helpful at all and the price that was quoted was almost twice as much as everyone else in town. She was definitely not in a hurry to help me set an appointment and I would have as this was the first place I called. the conversation went like this: me: "Do I need to make an appointment or do you guys do walk-ins?" her: "You definitely need an appointment" She didn't ever offer to make an appointment for my to bring my dogs in so I just told her to have a nice day and got off the phone. read more

I have a three-year-old beautiful shitzu that I've been taking to Deb's doggie door for 2 years now. Not only do I trust them with the care of my precious Jewel but there trims and service are spot-on it sometimes takes a little bit to get an appointment but well worth it. Their prices are moderate but their service is excellent and I always enjoy a good conversation with the girls there. Highly recommended read more

This had to be the worst experience and customer service I've ever had. The older lady came out from the back telling me he was going to get shaved being as he was madded. I just wanted to tell her about how to shape the face. She said we know what we are doing for years. Very very nasty to me the customer. I said the customer is your bread and butter. She said no they are not. I took my dog and left. And it's no surprise that 8 other groomers know how they treat customers!!!! They need to study customer service. I would never treat a customer like that. I've been in customer service forever!!! God is watching you too. !!! Especially with these covid times. Stay far away. Please everyone. Horrible place. Stay away. I made an appointment for my Shih Tzu who had 4" long hair to get groomed. I told the lady to cut an inch off his body, trim his face and nails, etc. I was horrified when my poor dog was returned to me with shaved hair. They took a buzzer to him and cut all of his hair practically down to his skin. I called and asked to speak to the owner who completely lied and said that was the hair cut I requested. My appointment was for 8am and the lady that works there showed up after me, opened the store and turned the lights on. No one else was there yet the owner claimed she was there and heard me ask for a "short" cut. I could not believe she was lying knowing very well there was no one else there. I am upset that they will not take responsibility and admit they made a mistake, choosing instead to blame the horrible haircut on me. I take great care of my dog (as most pet owners do) and I get him groomed twice a month. They just lost me as a client and I hope others stay away. The owner is rude, disrespectful and lies. It is always a pleasure to come to Deb's. I have three dogs and all of them are well taken care of here. One way I can tell is when I pick them up they are happy. We've been using Deb's for almost a year now. She is decently priced (I pay $100 for 2 dogs including a tip). She opens early, and closes early. This is sometimes a drag since I work 3rd shift, but she's cool about you picking your dogs up right before closing time. Their cut is always as we asked for. They also sell some dog accessories, like clothes, leashes, and etc. Highly Recommended! read more
