They used to charge around 80$ for them to go get your plates and would take 2-3 days which was reasonable to me but now they charge more and are slower ?? 115$ 5-7 days it's crazy . I ended up paying the 115$ dmv charged my card for the plates on today day 6th and I called to see if I can pick them up but was told they were not ready until tomorrow take in mind I called 2hrs - 3hrs prior them closing read more

Due to covid, the DMVs have been completely booked and I needed to register my vehicle I had no where to go and gave this place a shot (never again) told me that in 2 weeks I would have my plates and already had charged me for the services(50$ non refundable) Then they waited 1 week and a half to tell me/leave me a voice mail that my card declined( the same card they used to pay them selves with) and decided to not continue with the process after that waiting period. Mind you, the fee they charged me was for them just going to the dmv (stupid I know) Yet Still asked me if I want to try again that I had to pay another 50 bucks. If you ask me that's insulting as hell. Really upset and super disappointed with how things were handled and turned out. Now I have to start the process all over again somewhere else. And I been out of work and took a loss of 50$ bucks Gave it 1 start because 0 stars isn't an option. read more

This place plays games in a lie a lot and are in cahoots with the insurance company a few doors down from them don't go there they shady as fukc too. I paid $888 from my registration on my new car & personalised licence plates they so called set my licence plate to the wrong address in Reno somewhere Bound down when I call the real DMV place & these fools lied saying they didn't vhave my phone number/address but they called me with my stickers was ready which was the next day and I called about my plates twice they keep giving the run around & telling lies to DMV read more

Before you go make sure you have all the right documents you need... makes the process easier I waited for about 10 mins and only took 15 mins to finish all the stuff I needed to get done. My boss's brother passed away in NV and he inherited his truck. However, my boss resides in CA and he needed to transfer the title. Due to a busy work schedule, my boss was unable to make the trip to NV to complete the title transfer. I contacted AA and the staff there was able to process the transfer. I was told what forms were needed to be filled out and submited and AA did all if the leg work. I recommend this company to anyone who needs DMV services in NV. read more

It's a little pricier to go here than straight to the DMV, but you literally walk in and drop your paperwork off, then pick it up when it's ready. Worth it if you're short on time, in my opinion. The staff member I have dealt with both times is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm going to attempt the online check in at the DMV next time, but I highly recommend this place if you simply don't have the time to wait. read more

Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. I've been here about 3 or 4 times to avoid the long wait time at the DMV & it is seriously worth it. I don't mind paying the extra $35. Plus, they usually have everything done for you by the end of the business day if you get there first thing in the morning. Of course with ALL the needed documents to register your vehicle etc...
