I was referred to this practice by an audiologist. I called to make an appointment. The person that…read moreanswered was rude, dismissive and sarcastic. Before even telling her my name, she peppered me with rapid-fire questions about the referring audiologist, the name of the test that I was given (hearing?), the method and time that the results were sent. She repeated the questions again in a slow monotone. I told her I had no way of knowing this information. All I had was the audiologist's name, address and phone number. She found this funny. At this point, I realized that this was not the ENT for me. After reading several of the other reviews, it seems that my experience was not unique.

As others have mentioned, the doctors and treatment are fine but the infinite hoops you have to…read morejump through to get anything scheduled makes working with this office a total nightmare. We had several post-op appointments scheduled incorrectly and to change them took multiple calls as their system seems to be to send you to a voicemail box that is never checked and your calls are never returned. Very frustrating, would not recommend.
