The office ambiance is nice. They have a good frame selection. She referred me to a specialist without me asking. The staff is professional and very personable. I called three times to ask questions after my appointment and I received the same warm personality each time. The receptionist never showed any frustration.

They wash all glasses after you try them on. All staff were wearing masks and were adhearing to all precautions. Staff were wiping down counters and desks. Social distancing was in force. Moreover they have a very caring and compassionate staff. I had outstanding customer service. They were welcoming and they got my glasses in when they said they would. They accept a wide variety of insurance plans. Prices were reasonable and the quality and selection of frames were excellent. I would recommend them without any reservation.

When I requested to go back to my original lens type (prescribed by them as well), 6 calls later, they informed me that I would have to pay for another exam. Spend your money on the in person visit, not the guy on a screen writing incorrect prescriptions.
