I wanted a super BBL and my hip dips filled in. I got there only to speak to Dr. Dean for two minutes. They took my deposit quickly, three weeks later I got the surgery. When he was drawing on me, I was stressing to him how important my body was to me, that I'm an exotic dancer and model and that I needed a snatched waste and a fuller butt. He did it under local anesthesia, which I believe is the one where you're awake. And let me tell you... I felt everything!!! My eyes were open watching in horror. There was so much fluid in my stomach that he would take breaks every 20 minutes and they would walk me to the bathroom so I could pee and fluids were getting all over the floor (very unsanitary) no one was cleaning it up and it was all over the place and I was so out of it, but I did realize the room was dirty and cold and scary. I woke up to no nurses around me to comfort me when the local anesthesia was wearing offand they charged my card $800 to wear a compressor that I wasn't even aware about to begin with, the nurses put me in an XX small, I couldn't breath for days and we ended having to cut it off my body and it hurt because my skin and the fluids where dried onto it, it felt like I was pealing my own skin off. I didn't see the doctor afterwards and they were rushing my boyfriend at the time to come get me. He was five minutes late and they rolled me outside on a wheelchair to wait for him while the nurses went back inside. They told me to come back in two weeks later (only because I took the initiative to ask, when do I come back in for a follow up? ) to see him and I had scar tissue and fat pockets everywhere. I expressed how terribly I felt and how insecure I felt about my body..He said he couldn't fix it . I think he gave me one lymphatic massage for FREE that did nothing. When I went to see him for my follow up, there was about 30 women in the waiting room and he was really stressed out and he had his hand on the door knob when you were trying to talk to him about anything. I was so sick and tired of my results that the company reached out to me and said that they would do another BBL for $3000 and that Dr. Dean got better over the years and would fix this mess and I would go under general anesthesia this time and be asleep. I woke up in a room with 20+ other women all waking up the same time as me screaming in pain than I heard a Nurse telling them all to shut up. And other women frustrated that they found out they had to pay an additional 800 for a garment that they didn't even know about. I got home. I was in so much pain and I went to look at my results and nothing changed. I don't know what he did to me in there, but I had bruising everywhere and no fat on my butt or my hip dips like he promised me. Like WHAT?! Your word as a surgeon is your bond. Not because you need revision, but they know not what to do to ruin your body. When I called her on the phone during my second pre-op to tell her they were trying to push a tummy tuck on me, she turned GHETTO yelling at me that I never told her I had a problem with my stomach. (Strange because that's my biggest problem and she read my review and even urged me to take it down). She revealed to me that they were aware of several surgeries that took place during the month of February and March that had horrible results and that my name was already on a list. I called on December 6th and was told to shoot an email, I shot an email and was told by Marcus (who is extremely nice) he apologized and told me to give a call the next day and somebody would assist me. So I reached out the next day and I was told the lab order was sent electronically to QUEST, quest couldn't pull up my lab order because the license they're working under was suspended. No response (red flag #1) So the weekend goes by, I don't have a response from ANYBODY but I took the chance since my flight was paid for and Airbnb was already paid for and flew out. I was finally able to speak with somebody they told me they can do my bloodwork out there but my surgery would be postponed a day so I was relieved. Fast forward to the day of my surgery, I woke up in the middle of my surgery and felt EVERYTHING. Apparently I was screaming so loud the patient next door could hear me the lady who was assisting Doctor Bradley came up to me & said word for word, "you need to be quiet and stop screaming you're scaring the patient next door" I ended up going back to sleep when the surgery was over I was walking out saying thank you to everybody and the same assistant came up to me and told me, "as a black woman you need to respect yourself more" and the lady who was walking me out told me not to worry about what she was saying because I was under anesthesia and I didn't know what I was talking about.
