Tim was responsive and friendly during our initial conversations and offered what I thought were fair prices. I was told the project would take one day. He started the job immediately. He was only able to complete half the job the first day and told me there were some problems with the delivery of the TURF. He told me the TURF was taking longer to come in than expected but would complete the job later next week. I paid half of the overall estimate as a deposit for the job. And that is where everything ended. Tim has never come back to finish the job, my flower beds are just filled with rocks, despite numerous attempts to call, text, and email ... Tim will not return my calls or refund the price I've paid for a job that was left incomplete. I can see that he has read my texts but refuses to respond to provide an update or just tell me he can't do the job. I don't write reviews often and usually try to resolve all issues ... but in this case, I'm left with no choice. Tim left the job incomplete and refuses to communicate. DO NOT hire this company!
