I just have two complaints. 1) the website and the answering machine have different versions of what their open hours are and they don't respond to emails/messages on their site or to voicemails that are left 2) while the vets are always nice and clearly care about your pet, the turnover rate is crazy and you're never informed about any changes. One of my dogs was suffering from canine dementia and wandered off the property. Several hours later a tech at Dr. Phils office recognized the alert and called me to say Donovan had been found. Particularly for my cat Evie, who is very bad at the vet and usually has to have a red flag on her folder, because she gets very aggressive. The Doctor has always been super nice every time I've met with him, and I've had to leave Evie there for the full day to be sedated and taken a look at. I always feel comfortable leaving her there. The doctor always calls in a timely manner, and I feel like he gives me a good rundown of what's going on with her and what he's found and what next steps to take if she's having issues. (She has a lot of issues!) We will definitely be a returning customer of theirs!
