The alarm light was still on the next morning so I called Randanella who diagnosed the issue immediately by the description I gave. Mr Randanella and team arrived quickly, opened the second tank lid, and showed me the oil slick, indicating my pump was bad. Mr Randanella replaced the 26 yr old pump quickly and all is fine now. Alarm is off. Toilet odor is gone. Wife is happy too [happy wife = happy life]. Highly recommend Randanella.

Well from my rating I'm sure you can tell that we did not end up making the switch A few determining factors. 1. Getting a response from the office took more of my time than theirs. I tried to schedule a service. They sold me on a service contract. The contract took over a week and a half to receive along with phone calls and emails as we knew we NEEDED the service. But they didn't want to come out until contract was sorted out. Once the contract was received it took almost another week to get them out. At this point my filter for my septic was so clogged it was coming out the top. they then left the concrete top exposed 8-12" deep with one of my patio chairs covering it. They said they would return for the rest of the job the following day. Only to find out the following day they weren't coming until the following week. With much more of my time spent sending emails and making calls they did return more quickly. But again more of my time to get it done. 2. Once we finally got them to come Out for the riser and new top their tech was clueless. They were to put in a riser and new top. The man left without doing the riser. Thankfully i had cameras because the woman I spoke to tried to convince me that it was done right. Yet on the camera I watch this man walk in the yard with the riser. Then walk right back out. So what did he do.....we still don't know. And with two phone calls about the job we were drilled with questions about the job making us feel like WE did something wrong. After two calls they finally sent out another tech who filled us in on the cluelessness of the other techs and how his evening was being spent fixing other jobs. We explained our situation and our displeasure with the service and the tech/sales person ensured us that this was atypical for their company. With hesitancy we were going to Move forward anyway. The icing on the cake was the lack of accountability from the owner and office staff. NEVER an apology or admittance or gesture of good faith. I can't give a company that doesn't stand by their employees and company my business. This was stressful and WAY more work for me than it should have been. I will gladly be returning to triple js septic. A small. Well run familY company that has always done what they said they would do. I'm sorry I ever gave this company my money. After everything was said and done we walked away with a $49 faucet, a shoddy caulking job, and an $859 bill (please see photos attached)... and when I called and asked for a break down of charges, Steve the plumber, gave me a song and dance about how he charges $700/$800 for a kitchen faucet installation. It's just not right! After calling a few other plumbers, they told me they charge between $350 and $400 including a $100 faucet. Take your business elsewhere!! And an update to the response from the company: youre attempts to take down my reviews have thankfully not worked. Even if the faucet wasn't from Home Depot, it couldn't have been MUCH more than $49... was it a $50 faucet? And the faucet that was being replaced was not old, the whole kitchen was redone about a year ago... the leak probably just needed a tightened valve ..... I've read reviews all over the internet of your company and they all say the same thing, you're a ripoff

The morning of, no one showed and after several hours I reached out to their business line but reached an "unavailable" message. Sent a message through Yelp again and got the attached response. They forgot to show up at our house and make money. Rather than start over, and against my better judgement, we opted to schedule a new date and time for today. I'd received a call at 7:20am saying they would be late for our 8:30 time but would be here by 9am. At 9:40, I called the owner who didn't recognize my name despite all the contacts and issues so far. After realizing who I was, he asked "is he there yet?" I told him no one showed and to cancel our appointment. If you have trouble keeping to a schedule and can't get employees to show up to make money, I won't risk letting you deal with the plumbing in my home.
