The tables were not the same size. Called to speak to someone and never received a call back. I understand sometimes these things happen but at the rates charged I would expect to receive clean equipment in good condition. If they had called back, maybe I'd give more for decent customer service.

I brought my Cub Cadet mower to Bethel Power Equipment because it would not start. Before leaving…read moreit with them, I opened the ignition area and showed the technician the exact wire that had been chewed by a rodent and explained that I believed this was the cause of the problem. About a week later, I received a call saying the issue was very complex, there was extensive damage, and repairs would cost over $600. I was advised that the mower was not worth fixing and that I should consider buying a new one. I was also charged $150 for diagnosis. I declined the repair, paid the diagnostic fee, and brought the mower home. After inspecting it myself, I simply protected and repaired the damaged wire. The mower started and has been running properly ever since. I was very disappointed with my experience. Based on what I was told, I believe the problem was significantly overstated, and I do not feel the $150 diagnostic charge was justified given that I had already identified and shown the damaged wire. This was my first visit to Bethel Power Equipment, and unfortunately it will be my last.
