Yesterday a service technician, Chris, came to understand why heat was not reaching into the primary bedroom in the corner of the house. He worked diligently to solve the problem. This company deserves more than just five stars!…read more I've heard so many reviews and stories from people of how much they really enjoyed having this septic company so finally I had my folks switch from their previous septic company that they were using, and start having Bill Jr. & Sons. As a septic expert, I expected that we would be getting really good service, but I never imagined how it would be even better than I thought. The pumper, Anthony let us know that he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very friendly and showed great costumer service skills. He was the most friendliest pumper I've ever meet! (not all pumpers are that enthusiastic) He was able to find the septic tank easily and let me watch him pump it out. He told me the step-by-step process of how he cleaned out the septic tank. He had so much knowledge about managing septic systems that ya'll should know. He did the job super well! He even made sure that the filter was cleaned and that ALL the sludge was all pumped out!
