I had called asking about a lash lift and tint. The prices are reasonable too, a little cheaper than some other spas I checked out. I said ok thats fair enough and booked an appointment. When I got there, my lash tech wasn't that friendly and didnt have good customer service skills. She didnt stop at any point to see how I was doing or ask if I was comfortable etc like you would at any other treatment facility. Worst part is..after the lift she didnt even let me get the tint! Said I would have to make a whole separate appointment and come back for that. Probably because I was the last appt before her weekend? I dont know what her reasoning is but I didnt appreciate that at all and felt like I got jipped. She sent me home with 2-3 mascara wands with instructions to keep them clean and that was it. The lift only lasted like 2 weeks. No one noticed or complimented them either. Mind you I already have long lashes as it is. The lift didnt add much to my look at all. Tip: Don't waste your time any money on a lift unless you already have crazy long voluminous lashes already..go straight to the falsies or just use mascara at home. Another tip: read the actual reviews! A lot of people's reviews below don't match up to the amount of stars they gave so don't depend on ratings.
