We chose this company because we wanted to support a local business and expected a higher level of personal service and accountability than you'd get from a large online retailer. Unfortunately, the experience was the exact opposite. We placed our order on February 1st and were quoted a 6-8 week lead time, with assurances it would "probably be closer to 6." We paid in full upfront. The beds did not arrive until April 24th. The biggest issue wasn't even the delay -- it was the complete lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. Every update had to be initiated by me. Emails frequently went unanswered, or I'd be promised an update "soon" only to hear nothing again. It was one excuse after another for months. By the time the beds were finally ready, I no longer trusted this company enough to have them deliver directly to our rental properties. I had to reroute delivery to my personal home and pay additional money out of pocket to coordinate separate transportation to the rentals myself. To make matters worse, when I expressed frustration, they minimized the situation and claimed the order was "only a few days late" -- despite delivering nearly a month beyond their own maximum quoted timeline. Looking back, I should have listened to the many other reviews describing these exact same issues with communication, delays, and poor follow-through. This business is a scam and you will not get any of the items you buy from them. I do not use that word lightly, but after what we've experienced, there is no other honest way to describe this business. We placed our order over four months ago and have still not received the items we paid for in full. These were not luxury or "nice,to,have" purchases , they were items bought for our twin babies. We trusted this business at a vulnerable and important time in our lives, and that trust was completely disregarded. From the moment the promised delivery window passed, everything became excuses, delays, and shifting stories. We were told for weeks that our order was "almost ready," that shipping was "being handled," and that delivery was "imminent." None of it was true. Each update contradicted the last. Nothing concrete ever happened. What makes this worse is the complete lack of respect shown throughout this entire process. No accountability. No proactive communication. No genuine effort to make things right. Just deflection and empty reassurances while they continued to hold our money. To make matters even more concerning, this business no longer has a real storefront. They appear to operate out of a warehouse with no clear way for customers to speak to someone in person. That was not disclosed when we made our purchase, and it has made resolving this issue nearly impossible. After months of waiting, pleading for clarity, and trying to be patient, we were forced to ask for a refund , something that should never require this much effort when a business fails to deliver at all. The emotional toll of dealing with this while preparing for life with newborn twins has been exhausting and deeply upsetting. Looking at recent reviews, it is clear we are not the only ones. Other customers have reported similar experiences over the past several months: undelivered items, endless delays, and difficulty getting refunds. This does not feel like an isolated mistake , it feels like a pattern. If you are considering buying from this business, please do not. Learn from our experience. We were disrespected at every step, left without the items we paid for, and forced to spend months chasing answers instead of focusing on our family. No one deserves this , especially not new parents. Delays upon delays upon delays... I had to get my money back, which she did, but I did report credit card fraud in fear that I wouldn't get it back because the $900 purchase never came as promised. She did give it back and my credit card company never had to follow through with the claim. Updates were things I had to ask for and every time it was a different story. The communication was horrible! I don't believe anything I was told. I got my furniture at a different store the same day and thankfully so because my child was born unexpectedly early even though we ordered months and months in advance early in the 2nd trimester. read more

I first off want to state that the furniture I order which was a crib and dresser was well made and overall love what I got. I have no issue with that however the communication in getting these two items was a nightmare and very unorganized. I ordered these back at the end of July 2025. When I ordered them they were canceled a week later due to they had changed the payment method but was not aware of this till I got email of the payment being canceled however they went ahead and ordered it for us and we paid later. I was also told it would take about 8 weeks for the two to come in. Keep in mind I was 27 weeks pregnant and was pushing the deadline for these to come before the baby was born. I agreed to proceed on with the order and about a month later I had not gotten an update or anything of the status of the crib or dresser. Another 4 weeks went by and had to contact them for an update and was told that it would be a couple more weeks. Fast forward to October and keep in mind I personally been having to reach out to get some sort of update and was told now they would be here late of October. Dresser came about a week after I gave birth and the crib didn't show up till mid November. Almost double the time that they estimated of when I would get these items let alone it was like pulling teeth to get an update. I chose this place to support a smaller business and always having damage to my wayfair products I wanted to try something different but unfortunately this was not a good experience and therefore could not recommend to order from here unless you're willing to forget about it till they contact you that it's ready to be dropped off. Excellent customer service! The owners were very knowledgeable about the different products and making sure we were provided with all options. You can tell the items they carry are high quality--the crib we purchased is 100% solid wood which is what we were looking for. If we have more needs in the future, we will definitely be back! read more

Great selection of baby and children's furniture! We were running short on time with the grand baby due in seven weeks and could not find a local store who carried all the furniture in stock. Waiting 12 weeks was not an option. We called Decor 4 Kids and talked with the owner about their selection. They had three complete sets in different styles in the color we wanted. They carry much of their floor items in stock. Although we already had bedding selected, I was equally impressed with their selection of custom design options for creating the perfect baby or children's room! Excellent customer service too! My husband and I stopped in here after many unsuccessful Internet searches and a few big box store stops. We were finding nothing that we remotely liked so we didn't have high hopes walking in. Decor 4 Kids had a huge selection on their floor and we ended up having four we really liked to chose from. The sales associates were beyond helpful in making our decision (and not in a pushy way) giving us specific information on each as well as price write ups. The store also had a play area for kids while parents shopped and with our active 3 year old, it made it a lot easier of a shopping experience. The wonderful sales woman even had a little prize for him at the end. I would highly recommend checking this place out. read more
