They have row after row of almost anything you may want for home décor, some furniture, and outdoor furniture. The store is fairly easy to navigate if you are looking for something specific, or just wonder up and down the aisles window shopping. The store was all decked out for Christmas but wasn't too busy! I am simply amazed at all of the items this store stocks.

They stock nearly everything related to home decor including patio furniture, accent chairs, ottomans, tables, small cabinets, indoor/outdoor rugs, dishes/kitchenware, laundry accessories, lamps, vases, mirrors, frames and a huge selection of wall art (I'm sure I left something out)! There is an entire wall dedicated to canvas and framed wall art, which is one of my personal favorite areas there. You can find something fun to coordinate with almost any style and color scheme. The prices are always very reasonable, and if you sign up for their perks program you can also score extra coupons and special pricing events. Check At Home out, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I bought the extended warranty. I've been getting the runaround since I called it in. They said I needed to call it into the company that I had the policy with which is protect all. Then they said they no longer use protect all protect. All has not gotten back to me so I called Havertys again. They send a message to protect all. No response. Over a week ago I got a email saying that the repair has been assigned to haverty's once the quality control assurance has been approved. I don't know what this means. Said 5 to 7 days. It's been beyond that and still no response. I just called again. They are going to try to expedite it again. I love my pieces that I bought from them but will never buy from them again especially considering no one. Let me know that they weren't using the company I bought a $500 policy for.

When I walked in, I was greeted by the 2 ladies working. I walked around for a bit to see if I could spot what I needed but they have a lot of cards here so I finally asked someone where the retirement cards where, and she pointed me to the right area. Compared to other events, retirement was a small selection but they had nice cards. I found one that I liked and it was priced at $5.99. I noticed a huge retirement card that was nice and it was priced at $12.99. This was my first time here so I walked around to check out what all they offered. It is Christmas time, so they had a lot of themed items. I came across a section with retirement items and found a really cute mug that I purchased and it was $15.99. I checked out the ornaments and the one I liked said out of stock. I asked the worker how I could get one and she said I could check online, otherwise it's out because Hallmark makes ornaments for the year and next year will be different to make you keep on buying. I found another item that I purchased for a friend whose mom passed away. Her mom loved cardinals and they had a nice section of Cardinal things - I picked the Cardinal ornament. One thing that I couldn't find was anything nurse related, so I was bummed about that. They offer rewards, so I signed u, I love stores that offer rewards! I had a very disappointing experience at this location today regarding a clear pricing error and,…read moremore importantly, the way I was treated by management. I found a large painting that had two separate price tags for $4. Every other painting in that same rack was also marked $4. When I got to the register, I was told it was a mistake and the price was actually $14. When I spoke with the manager to ask if they would honor the price, given that it was marked twice and the entire rack was consistent, and she refused. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear clerical error, she told me that "customers switch tags" and insisted on full price. It is one thing to have a pricing mistake, but it is another to imply that the customer is being dishonest. To be accused of switching tags when the evidence of a store-wide marking error was right in front of them was insulting. I've always enjoyed shopping here for my home projects, but I won't be back after being treated like a scammer over a $10 difference.

Alas, life changes and I don't really frequent this corner anymore with Marsh long gone and PetsMart no longer having as many live animals as they once had. While I'm not exactly a crafty person, I've seemingly always found something I like at Michaels. It's also always been a prime option for me when I've needed something framed. I'm not a fan of Hobby Lobby for a variety of reasons - so, on those rare occasions I need something in the craft arena this tends to be where I go. I'd been looking for an affordable Christmas wreath along with a couple basic decorations. I saw the Michaels Black Friday ad and decided to stop by after church today. This location has accessible parking, though it's not ADA (there's no actual signage). There's an appropriate curb cut and automatic doors. As is nearly always true for craft stores, the aisles tend to be a bit difficult for wheelchair users. I do like that they have the shorter carts. Store personnel tended to be friendly and I will say that craft-oriented shoppers tend to be friendlier than the "cut in front of me and you'll die" shoppers at your usual big box retailers. Michaels was definitely decked out for Christmas and it really dominated the store. They have pretty much all self-serve kiosks for check-out these days - I like that they have big screens (let's face it, Michaels has a high number of older shoppers). I didn't find everything I'd hoped to find at Michaels, though I did find a couple great items at great prices. Check out was quick and the rep was super helpful. Heck, I even signed up for the rewards club (3% back on all purchases, 6% once you hit $300). They also can look up your receipts if you need to make a return - great for folks like me who tend to lose receipts. Michaels has classes, events, and they still have a great selection of frames. They're great for knitting supplies, hobby activities, art supplies, and much more. For Christmas, you can get quite a bit at a wide variety of prices. This was a solid experience. It sure wasn't five star, especially because some of the aisles definitely had some accessibility issues, but it was a very solid four-star and I'd definitely go back. I will note they frequently have items outside their door - in itself wonderful, however, at times they do block the sidewalk in case you're wanting to go to PetsMart next door. Haverty's has taken the old Marsh spot.
