I don't sew too often, and rarely use my sewing machine, but recently I had to. After a few…read morestitches​, I broke a needle, then​ another one. I watched​ all the ​ possible Youtube videos​ and decided that the machine was broken and took it there for service. I didn't pretend I knew anything about sewing or sewing machines. The person that I was dealing with could easily charge me for whatever she wanted. She looked at it, turned a few knobs and magically the machine started behaving again. She explained to me what was wrong, and how to take care of it. No need for service, no charge. I came back home and was able to finish my project. It's definitely a gem!
