We all know Michael's is almost the home for some painting supplies, needlework tools, seasonal…read moreitems, faux branches, picture frames, ribbons- which I've gotten plenty of, scrapbooking- you name it, these folks have almost any crafty item imaginable. And as a result of that, Michael's has been a one-stop shop for such things when I want to do something at home or work. The Sunday I came to this Kingston, NY location at Kings Mall, I picked up a glass+black frame for a deckle edge art piece my daughter had gotten hubs. The layout here is bigger than most Michael's I've been to, prices of course, are reasonable and I can use my educator's discount on top of what I buy.

My family purchased a Brent B wheel as a very generous dream gift for me over the holidays. They were running a promotion and so the upgrade was only $106 more to get the Brent C. Furthermore, the B was on back order....which my son had received an email letting him know. So, long story, they helped me process the upgrade and informed me that the X was in stock and would go out within a week as it was in between the holidays. Between modern, rustic, wood, ornate and other frame styles, this small shop, showcases at least 100, 200+ (if not more) samples to choose from. Valentina aims to please because the moment I came here with a desperate look on my face and showed her the frame, she eased my worries and explained what how she'll fix it. At $25 to fix my frame- not only did I get a banging deal and she brought my frame back to life- but she's professional and passionate about all things frames.
