Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. Highly recommend it!

Unresponsive, highly unprofessionnal it is unacceptable to conduct business that way!!…read moreCame to have only 2 t shirts printed last Friday. I specifically said to the business owner I believe, Jacqui, that I needed those t shirts by Wednesday because I'm traveling out on thursday. When I placed the order, all I needed was to send the picture and that was it. I was promised to get a proof and have the t shirts probably even before Wednesday. Mind me the price: 2 white simple t shirt for $60 with 3 lines. I sent an email with pictures and what I needed exactly on Saturday. No answer. Again, i sent an email and no answer. On Monday, I called no answer. I decide to go to the store and saw the husband. I asked him a status. He basically told me "oh no worries, your t shirts will be made on time. We work on a last minute type of system and sometimes we send a proof to client on the same day". If I knew that, believe me I wouldn't have taken the risk! To me, this is mind blowing! How can you work that way? But I gave the benefit of the doubts. Today, at 3:35 still no proof, no emails response nothing. I called and the employee Francis, who is trained to respond to probably other complains, told me the managers are not there and basically there is nothing she can do and she cut short. Maybe 15 min later the business owner magically appeared because she called me from same phone to tell me that she won't produced the t shirts and refund my money. Apparently, I was also direspectful to the employee which I wasn't and then she hung up on me, not even letting me talk. So, I'm the disrespectful one, right! I called her back trying to get a sense of what happened and she again dismissed my complaint and the fact that thursday I was counting on those t shirts to do the promotion of my travels, now I have nothing and no time to make new ones. I told her that she shouldn't do business, it is highly unprofessionnal and that i will let people know. She answered flat out: we also have your website name too and I told her: i have facts and you don't know me, you have never traveled with me and/or how my business runs. Certainly not that way!
