My company is old school. We still like to use paper for everything. Screw trees, right? Only problem, we don't like to pay for the hassle of traveling with a copy guy and all his equipment when we have meetings. Read: can't afford it. Normally we're stuck with the business centers in our hotels. Have you ever had a good experience in a hotel business center? No, you haven't. And your pants are lit if you said you have, Basically, we start our meeting off on a miserable foot; angry with the hotel, angry at our ourselves, and slaving away until the wee hours of the morning to get everything printed and done. Not cool. This time around, we found an actual copy store, who knew what in the Sam Hell they were doing, and could take care of every print job we brought them. Even better, they're just a few blocks from all the downtown conference hotels. They're from Australia, so they're automatically awesome, but they also work incredibly fast and have fantastic prices. During one of my visits, I got to see one of their projects for a local restaurant- neon plastic-cut skulls for coasters! They were insane, and I loved them so much I even got to keep one. Talk about service! Every other day I was bringing them more nonsense that I needed 20 minutes ago, and I was able to get what I needed super fast, and even my weird pocket brochures were folded by one of their machines. Time AND manicure saver. No manual labor for this lady! I'm not kidding when I said I stopped by seven times. Occasionally it was just to hang out. Richard and Lisa are the best, but the real star of the KopiKats show is Trudy. Trudy is the official office mascot, and the unofficial best doggie in Miami. Also fresh off the plane from the Land Down Unda', Trudy is a chill, cuddly shepard-mix, who greets all her customers and then gives the lean, if you're invited into the circle. I'm in the circle, she leaned into my legs. Success was achieved in Miami. Oh, the conference was fine, too. But Trudy, my therapy dog for the week, is the best! As many things went awry during our trip, printing needs were FINALLY not one of them.

Dec 28th I got in contact with Richard regarding a "calendar job" he said the job would be done on the 4th of January! I even resend the file on the 3rd to make sure everything was good to go. and on the 4th something was "wrong with the art work" so he had to "fix" and extend the job. On the 8th he printed one unit and the printer "broke" Right before printing the calendars. He supposedly had to order a "part" that should arrive next week! He said "I'll complete all calendars over weekend pick up Monday" which landed On the 18th which is now my delivery dateI still didn't get the calendars! instead, he never delivered the job and charged me after canceling the job due to extending multiple times and breaching the contract! he charged my card $700 without permission after a whole 27 days! I went to his shop to come to an agreement & Richards wife Lisa with red hair came out threatening & very aggressive! Continued by saying she will charge me an extra $600 if I don't stop filming her! I have it all on video & the only reason I was recording is because she has been very aggressive from day 1! Horrible business, hospitality & integrity! I Will be going to court & pursuing to sue! Tom and I talked about using some of our pics from trips and moments in time as living room wall art. We figured it would personalize the space and remind us of fun times. CanvaFab's site has a nice gallery of work. But what really did it for me was their easy-to-use software that let me upload my pic, try different products and sizes, see my art with my options and get a price for the custom work. We picked 32" x 16" size canvas and were concerned the images might look fuzzy. But on my screen each pic looked great, so we started to put an order together. Then they emailed me a new customer code for 50% off my first order. Yeah baby! That tipped the scale and, willing to take a chance on the picture quality, kept ordering. I got emails during the process - I knew when they got the order and when they shipped the order. They managed my order without being asked - thank you CanvasFab. It's refreshing to just stay out of the way and watch you manage your business. If only more companies would do that...(maybe a handyman wouldn't have installed 2 door knobs on the same door in my house, one on top of the other. I have pics.) The pics came in a box that was well packed. I could have picked up the art in their MIami shop but I opted for delivery instead. The quality was beyond our expectations! We were going to get simple frames but in the meantime we ordered 'mirror edge' pics on canvas - they look so good we are not getting frames! We have some special times coming up and we look forward to sending our pics to CanvasFab so they can work their magic.

The color was supposed to be beige and it was almost pink. They tried again and sent me a picture and it still wasn't right. They asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Then 2 weeks later Paypal sent me an email saying that the refund was canceled. I sent them multiple emails about that, called them and even messaged them on instagram and 0 response. I thought I would give them more time since it was December and I figured they were still on holiday. It's almost February and still no response. Thankfully Paypal is very good about these things and they opened a case against them and will give me my money back!

Originally, my order was set to be ready on Jan 30th but they were available by Jan 23 which is a great turnaround time for those last minute orders needed without time to waste. The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.

After 3 weeks of them attempting to create the design that I asked for, it was apparent that they did not have the skill set or ability to do the job. So I asked them to refund me the amount of my deposit. I was told that they have a refund policy and that their policy is that they do not give refunds. They forced me to take them to court which I did and the judge has ordered them to pay me. However, I still have not seen my money. If this is how they conduct business, then I'm not interested. If you asked my recommendation about using this company, I would recommend that you do not.
