I received a call back within the hour, Earl said he could come to my home (30 miles away - the same day) and clean the chimney (in an hour), quoted me a fair price and I agreed to the service. Earl came to my home, respectfully went to work and cleaned 6ft of soot and debris from the chimney, provided videos (pics too), a receipt via text and advised on next steps with my water heater and chimney maintenance. To top it off, I was charged $150 less than the original quote. That's honesty, that's professionalism (pretty rare qualities these days) and I am eternally grateful.
